Weeks prior to today I had an oil change done and specifically told the manager when i used my brakes my steering wheel is shaking. She sd they will acess the issue to see what is the cause after they do the oil change and set up a date to bring it in. She came back and told me that there is a little play in the driver's front side tie rod and ball joint. She said when i use the brake the play in those parts would cause the wheel to shake and the faster the speed the braking would make it shake more. We set up a date for 3/15/2023. She told me it would be under warranty work and i would just owe $50 deductible. She also told me they would need to send it to get an alignment after. My appt was at 9am. I dropped my car off around 830am. I called around 1130am to get an update and the new secretary sd the manager was at lunch and she would give me a call back when she returned. I recieved no callback. Time is now around 1:16pm which as i pulled in to the shop i seen the technician leaving in my car, and i spoke to manager, she said the sd car was at the alignment place and she wld call when it got back. Time is now 330 which i have been in my moms car waiting in the parking lot for my car to return. AsI go in the shop and i see my.car parked and i ask "when did my car get back and the secretary sd im doin the paper work now and was going to call. I asked why did it take so long, manager was sitting there and proceeded to say that they out source alignments thats why they told me to leave it. I paid and was driving home and the issue was not fixed, steering wheel still shook when i braked. I called manager and sd it wasnt fixed and she proceeded to tell me that my car wasnt brought in for brake work and it probably is a warped rotor which was a new rotor they had previously put on a few months back. I asked why i wasnt told it still shook and she sd the tech hadnt sd anything to her after he drove it back so she didnt know. I said If so, how do you know whats wrong still?, why wasnt i called and told?, and the tech that drove it to and from the alignment place didnt say anything? We went back and forth and i sd its not right that i wasnt informed and the issue wasnt fixed. I told her in the beginning what the car was doing and the acessment they did was wrong. I felt takn advantage of and was treated like i was trying to pull something on them. She preceeded to tell me to take it somewhere else then if im not willing to pay for whatever is wrong with it still. Very unprofessional and scammy to have to bring it in again to spend more money to fix. Ive dumped already close to $1800 on this car since ive had it for non warranty work. Doesnt make any sense that supposedly noone knew it wasnt fixed when they drove it after the tie rod and ball joint was fixed. Didnt help the problem at all. So they were wrong and i think they knew it and blew it off just to make more money off me. Either way i wasnt ever called for follow up or informed of the situation with my car today. As of now i still have an issue which ill have to fix asap at another shop instead of jd byryder. Between my wife and i we have had 5 cars thru jd and this will be the last, sorry to say. Too much wishy washy issues over the years. Please look into this. Thank you. Call me if needed with any questions.

Desired outcome: Need car issue fixed asap and i shld not be charged for the original fix that shld have been done in the first place which is the rotar or whatever is causing the shaking.
