Penhold Car Farmers review: warranty service

Only 10 days after buying our 2012 Chevrolet car from Penhold Car Farmers, the engine light went on and the car started to make some strange noises. We popped into the dealership today and were met with rude comments, and reluctance to handle the matter. The "manager" said that she didn't even pay for the warranty yet and it wasn't active until the end of the month! (We paid for the car in full the day we bought it).
When I called the owner, it just got worse. He yelled and swore and called me "entitled"and "everything that is wrong with our world"! He said because he didn't like my atttitude he would not honour the warranty we have or even do a diagnostic on the car. It's my twins' first car, bought with their own money, and been a HORRIBLE experience for them! Steer clear of this sketchy, dishonest, unprofessional dealership. Save yourself many headaches and go to a legitimate dealership in Red Deer or Gasoline Alley.
