Exotic Motors review: Sales service the whole company

Purchased a beautiful 2019 Lexus RC300 fsport. At least that's what was listed and advertised. After several phone calls pictures and videos. After all paper work was done it took 3 weeks to get delivery of vehicle. Upon delivery... It is NOT a fsport.. missing clips under the hood, speakers in the rear also missing. The entire suspension was not even bolted down. The tires After being told were good, were absolutely not. Showing wires.. the car only had 47,000 miles. After being told it would be made right... Haven't heard a word. Send calls to VM and will return calls. Will be contacting a lawyer in the Chicago area ( as I'm located out of state) who specializes in Dealer Fraud.. this should get interesting as I have all communications with the salesman and company. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE The absolute worst!
