I'd be interested to know what happens to these complaints as Capelli and Mojo hairdressers in Palmerston North are still getting heaps of complaints. Do The Managers of these hairdressers get to see these complaints.

Angela from capelli ruined my hair. I asked for blonde, she made me bright ginger. She also burnt me with the hairdryer and when she washed my hair she used net nails and was quite aggressive and it made my head blead. She keep going on about how much she loved Italian men and she was going to find one, one day. I wish her much of she treats men the same way she treats her clients. Awful woman.

Had my hair done in capelli p.north in 2008 or 09. The lady that did it made me ginger when I wanted blonde. she was very rough with me and whilst wasing my hair she was digging her nails into my head and pulling my hair.she was telling me she loved Italian men and was soon to be visiting Italy . I found her to be rude and left with a very sore head and very ginger. I had to have my hair re done at another salon. I wrote to the ombudsmen but I shouldn't have bothered as they were useless. I'll never return to that place ever.

I was a customer at Capelli last week and while the newly recruited hairdresser did a good job, I will never go back there. Another customer was in the salon and while having her hair cut the hairdresser found she had nits. Instead of discretely going about asking the customer to leave and cleaning the equipment, the hairdresser and owner proceeded to literally run around the salon pouring a whole large container of bleach over the seat and equipment and very loudly telling the customer leave. It was humiliating to watch this heavily pregnant woman being pushed out of the salon. The owner then proceeded to talk to another customer in the salon about the woman having nits. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I am aware of the health regulations and I have seen other people asked to leave salons due to having nits, but have never seen anyone behave in this over the top, out of control manner.

I have had my hair done by Ange at Capelli for a few years now and have never had any problem at all. Agreeably, Ange is a little different than your typical old school "hairdresser", but she is good at adapting to any conversation well. Hopefully she has spun those moaners a load of crap as their lives aren't really that exciting without it. Ange has done the Ultimately best to always suit me and that's what matters to me. Sheree (the original moaning thread on here), is a con artist, thief and liar. If anyone believes her, they should be ashamed as she has conned thousands of people over the years and I have known her for a very long time. Let's hope her hubby has left her and seen the light. Dangerous woman and deceitful woman she is! Karma is a biarch Sheree...good luck honey! Ange, you put your chin up and be proud of what you have achieved. You are awesome!

I worked there for experience when learning hairdressing. It made me want to quit. There was an awful atmosphere, and no one spoke to me.

My Mother Had her hair cut at mojo down king st in Palmerston north about a year ago which was owned by ange ( Now shut down) Ange twisted her finger around my mums hair and just chopped thinning scissors through it until it was so thin my mum was shocked and guttered for months Would never get my hair done by her again.

I started going there years ago, to see libby, who only ever did a wonderful job, then she left and i saw ameka, who is a little ball of sunshine, she also bleached by hair blonde and it was even and perfect and lovely. though, everyone does seem happier now ange is gone,

I've had great hair done at Capelli's by Ange for several years, I guess some people are very bitter on here. what a shame ... I would recommend Ange anyday.I think the next treatme deal is awesome ...none better in town.

My daughter had her hair totally ruined at Capelli. They told her they were going to thin it out and she was left with hardly any hair. She was upset for months. Bad bad bad haircut that was expensive!
