Premier Nail Source my entire order

I ordered from them on april 22nd. The order included shipping fees and taxes. With the exchange rate it came to about $431.00 cad. I was ordering supplies for my salon. After ordering I started to receive emails stating they needed more money for more shipping fees. I called them and they asked me for $62.50 american. I gave my debit card number and info and authorised them to take the 62.50. As I was on the phone with them I watched them drain $511.00 from my account. Now the total is almost $1000.00 for a 300$ order. I told them to reverse it and they told me it was a "pre authorisation" for shipping. But shipping was said to be exactly 62.50? I said no. Theu told me to call back tomorrow. The manager isn't there. I demanded a refund. They refused. This is just a straight scam. The police are investigating it now. The bank told me it wasn't their problem. I'm sick to my stomach. Like what a [censored]ty company.

Horrible customer service! Received tracking number the day of delivery (like it was any help then!).

I will bullet everything wrong with the company and I never wrote a bad review for a company but I would like to reach out to others before someone else waste their money like I did.

-good deal? Yeah right! Everything seems great until they slap on their $19.95 "broker fee" after you send payment info.

-what ever you think your getting for a good price question the size, I received packets I honestly could have went to the craft store and bagged on my own.

-I received my uv gel sealer and it was like a nice package with water in the bottle! It never cured even 5 minutes under a 5 bulb uv lamp! What is that about? I took my hand out it was still wet and "scratchy" looking not even shiny.

-some items I didn't receive, because they went "out of stock" even after I paid for them. It was never brought to my attention until I received my box.

Overall this is a horrible company, I would never order again! & I will also advise everyone not too.

I'd rather wait 21 days for a package from china and pay half the price then to order from them.

First of all I have been ordering from this company for five years and have always had issues with products being listed in stock and then getting my money refunded because they actually are not. I have had to call and have the shipping removed on several occasions due to these errors. I have learned over the years to deal with it and order in a way that I am not totally screwed when this happens. This isn't my complaint today though. I had a refunded item on my last order and the invoice I received showed that shipping charges were added. When I called to have my bill corrected (I was totally calm the whole time btw) the woman on the phone never even let me finish a full sentence to tell her what my issue was. I am fairy certain after the call she still has no idea what my issue actually was. She just kept saying she added up the items and the total is correct and I am wrong. I was not debating the total of my order at all. I was trying to check that I was not charged for shipping because she emailed me an invoice that did not match the one that I had received. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she proceeded to tell me she is the supervisor! Wow really?! I called on June 22, 2017 at 4:27 pm. I truly hope that conversation was recorded and can be reviewed because I am that disgusted with the way I was just treated. In all my customer service experiences I can not think of one that was more upsetting and downright unnecessary. I work hard for my money and I absolutely refuse to give it to vendors who don't appreciate the business and treat me like a piece of [censor]. I will NEVER order with this company again.

My name is Christine by now you should know my issues the back and fourth YOU ALL PUTTING THE BLAME ON FEDEX CANADA for all the ISSUES but in turn I have to be the one to suffer and take the lost but i WIILL NOT, so with all the emails to Juana AND GETTING NO WHERE Ii will like the CEO to contact me ASAP

I ordered from this company because it was always featured in the Nails Magazine. Although the price of a few items could not be beat by any other company, I have had nothing else but problems in dealing with them. I first emailed the company using the email they provided for contact on their PERFECT ORDER GUARANTEE slip to notify them that my order was not right. I waited a couple of days to hear back. I never received a response. I decided to call them. The lady proceeded to tell me that the email had not worked for a long while. I told her that I received a wrong item and wanted the one I ordered. She stated that she was sorry but the item that I ordered would cost them too much to ship separately so they would put a $5 credit on my account for the next time I ordered. That did not solve my problem and I was unhappy with their idea of a PERFECT ORDER GUARANTEE. Then I used another item that I ordered that turned out to be defective. The item heated up so much that it was burning people. I tried to contact them 4 times by phone. Leaving a message 3 times because they were experiencing a high call volume. I never received a call back. These phone calls were made over a weeks time. The 4th call I made, I stayed on the line. I asked them how I could return the item. They told me that I would need to pay shipping on it because they couldn't say whether the item was defective. IT BURNED PEOPLE, THEREFORE IT WOULD BE DEFECTIVE! They told me to contact the company that made the item. I did. The company said it was defective and to send it back to the company that I ordered it from. I go to ship it back and the shipping on the item is outrageous! Premier Nail Source will not reimburse me for shipping back an item that is defective. I have lost money in dealing with this company. The money that I saved on the items I ordered has cost me the amount to ship an item back. I told them that the $5 credit that they put on my account was a joke because I would never be ordering from them again and so much for their PERFECT ORDER GUARANTEE. They said that they were sorry that I felt that way.

I have made an order from them and it was all great but than someone called Juan told me to send the difference for the shipping and I have send the money than he told me not to send anything they will charge the difference and they took the difference but the money I have paid more he never send them back I have contact him for the $66 to refund them back to me that I have paid extra first he told me were did I have sent them and I told him on the same account as the others now its been a month that I am sending him emails and no reply so they still the money from you too be carefully guys

I am the CEO of the company and I personally investigated the situation. We do not stock furniture in our warehouse. It is drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. It clearly states on our website and in our catalog that it takes 7-10 business days to ship furniture and it is subject to additional shipping fees. The customer refused to pay the shipping charges for her nail station until she had tracking information. Clearly we can't produce a tracking number until shipping charges are paid and the product is shipped from the manufacturer. We do not make money on shipping. We quoted her the correct cost of shipping and she tried to contact FedEx to go around us. We did everything possible to make her happy. None of my customer service representatives yelled at her. She also dealt directly with the customer service manager who couldn't make her happy. She was yelling and cursing at both my representative and my manager. Her position was unreasonable and there was nothing anyone could do to make her happy. That is the reality of the situation. We pride ourselves in both exceptional value and service and we have thousands of satisfied customers all over the world.

oh and not to mention i was told to call dan and still no call from him and everytime i call he is never in or just left. so i left a message still waiting for that call.

hello i have had the same problem with this company and it really hurt because this was the only company i trusted online, i have purchased from them before but this last order was a mess. i spent more than i would normally spend, i spent close to 800.00 dollars with this company and when my shipment got here there was something missing and i went on for a few days trying to locate my station i purchased. the rep on the phone since she didnt want to answer my questions to get me to understand what was going on she got frustrated and yelled at me and canceled my order for me. lol wow where they do that at ? once i did get to talk to someone they told me that the station i order came from another location and would be shipped later in the week, but i found that not to be true, then i was told that the order didnt go out for the nail station and that it would be a few days before i could get a tracking number since it was coming fright mail. and once i found out that was not true i called back and was told that an email requesting 125.00 would be needed to ship my order and that fed ex frieght will not ship it without it. so of course i call fed ex freight and i ask myself and was told that premier nail source has a good standing account and that they would never hold anything from them and that if they were called to ship it they would have and just billed them, but they never hold anyone things for shipping. so i call premier back and thats when the young lady got mad cause i was upset cause now i feel like my money is being played with so i ask her to expliane to me why is it that i am getting the run around about my things. i asked her who i am paying the money to and she told me that it goes to fed ex so i asked her can i call and pay it to fed ex directly and she became upset. and told me no ! and i ask her who am i paying this money to and she said to us and i began to get upset she was rude and getting on my nerves more than ever by this point. i explaine to her that she got to understand why i am upset i just spent good money with you and you treating me like shyt. she begins to yell and say im canceling your order mam im canceling the order. that was my answer fro the next three question i asked her till she hung up on me. whew bad bizz i tell ya. i hated it too because i have delt with this company for a few years now and i really liked them. i got some acrylic powder and purple liquid and it does not set at all, i dont know why or which one is bad but i feel like i spent over 300 bucks on a bunch of crap. did not have the strength to call and let them know about the issue. those folks hate me. so i guess i live and i learn and chopped it up. sad but so true smh

I am the CEO of the company and this is clearly an upset Canadian customer. We don't have control over shipping/import fees. We do our best to help keep the costs as low as possible. We never misrepresent our products. If you received a bad gel sealer you should contact customer service and we will replace it. You are making it seem like we would actually send water in a bottle of sealer which is not the case at all. Items can be out of stock from time to time but we never charge for an item that is not in the order. If you are upset I urge you to contact me or Dan in operations to resolve your issues. We are a very reputable company with thousands of satisfied customers all over the world. Thank you, MIKE
