Canadian Tire review: Customer service in paint

Went into the store today to buy 2-3 more cans of turquoise sparkle rustoleum spray paint and the shelf was empty. I was already rushing because I live 20 minutes out of town and at 3:30 the roads were already getting icy and it was snowing. The lady told me there was none in the back but 5 at other store and she would get 2 cans. I decided not to wait 3 days, I called the paint section and asked them to leave them on the shelf as I was just gonna go get them and drove the extra 40 minutes there and return to the other store. The lady I talked to on the phone was smug and told me she never talked to me because she runs the paint section. When I got to the other store they said they just put them all on a truck to send to the other store for me. Soooooo, as I was driving back to the other store the original lady I talk to calls and says they are at our store. I was pretty upset with all of this miscommunication and extra driving on slippery roads. I got the the aberdeen store and no one in paint... I asked a lady 2 isles down that was lazily opening card board boxes and said ask one of those two guys down there and she points to two men that were already helping customers. She too was very rude and I found that useless and unessecary. Finally a guy came but and I asked him for my paint cans as they were tagged behind the counter. I was extremely frustrated. I went to check out and tried to tell the lady at the front and she blew it off like it didn't matter. 40 minutes of extra driving and having to drive another 20 minutes home on dark slippery roads because of lack of communication and then a string of just plain rude service. I shop at canadian tire all the time... But that might now change.
