I was treated very rudely with a difficult employee at the Halifax store today. I entered and asked if I could buy a microwave, and he says, “We don’t have any on the floor.” I pointed to some, “Oh, those.” It was like pulling teeth to get him to sell me one and he kept saying they didn’t have stuff, then would only drop it off, not install it. I said what about installing? I can’t do it. He said, “Oh, that’s another service.” I confronted him about making it difficult and he started arguing.
It seemed like he did not want to make a sale, which is sad, because I surprisingly always had a good experience and bought a lot there and it was very quick in and out. I called to get his name and the other guy started arguing with me that he’d seen the whole thing. Bottom line, I cancelled the order. It would have been an easy sale if they learned some sales or customer service skills, will never return again. You lost me.
Claimed loss: Loss of sale for company.
Desired outcome: Fire those employees and revamp your store!

IT takes TWO to argue. Your wanting them fired shows how DISGUSTING you are. Just because you did not get the answers you want does not make them rude. You WILL NOT be missed.
