Canadian Appliance Source Attempted Fraude and False Advertisement

The company quoted me for installation of ice maker for a new fridge, $60, and claiming a maximum of $70 for running the water from sink area to the fridge. I cleared it 3 times with them and each time they said the maximum will be $130 CAD. A guy with a bad attitude from the start shows up. He starts right away putting a bill of $60+$70+$45, $45 to install...
