I order the upgraded Skyward flower bouquet and got fewer flowers than even the standard sized bouquet. The company offered a 20percent discount as they do to anyone who finds out that they have been scammed. Unfortunately that offer still leaves them benefitting from delivering a smaller bouquet than has been paid for. Additionally, there were no blue hydrangeas and the advertised vase was not included either but it was sent wrapped in leaky cellophane and pink paper instead.
I have since found out that there are numerous complaints about this company and beleive that they need to be shut down.
The customer services is unprofessional and dishonest.
Desired outcome: Full refund ideally but at least 50percent refund for what was paid for and not delivered
Canada flowers do not deliver the flowers that they advertise. It is their standard practice to invite you to upgrade to a large bouquet than advertised however they then deliver a smaller bouquet than even their standard bouquet of flowers.
If they are then found out, they then offer you a discount (in my case 20 percent) and money off a future order.
This still leaves the company benefitting from receiving payment for flowers that they have not delivered. In my case, the flowers that were delivered were substitute for the Skyward - upgraded - without the advertised vase. Instead it was poorly wrapped in cellophane, cardboard and pink paper, was smaller than the standard sized bouquet and contained no blue (hydrangeas).

My girlfriend ordered flowers in which to be delivered to her mom in Holmesville and they emailed her saying that they don't have general delivery there. Yet, I have provided a screenshot of their supposed list of towns' floral delivery services; which definitely do not exist...Bannockburn Flower Delivery isn't real. Bannockburn is a gravel road and a nature conservatory on that 5 km long gravel road.
Desired outcome: Have their website voided or at least properly revised.
Canadaflowers.ca: you get absolutely different flowers from what you ordered
I will never use canadaflowers.ca again and I suggest you find another florist! I ordered a basket of tulips, daffodils and small colored roses for my girlfriend birthday. They delivered a plant instead. When I called, upset, they ignored me. Canadaflowers.ca informed me that the value was equal.
I ordered flowers for Fathers Day. It was the standard size which is the smallest but guaranteed to look like the picture on the website for the standard size. The delivered flowers was a complete shock. See pics. I emailed to complain and they reimbursed money for the vase but not the bouquet. It was an embarrassment to send them to my Father :(
canadaflowers is just an order gatherer...they are not the actual real florist that has to fill your order.
BUT they keep 20% of the order money and F T D keeps anothers 10%. WHY would anyone order there?
Pretty pictures do not a happy customer make! Order direct from the local florist in your delivery destination town or city and get far better value/ Why support the two middle men? That is really stupid to do that. HR

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I had checked reviews. I ripped me off as well. Terrible! I paid for upgrade, AND they didn't have the balloon I ordered so they "offered" to add more flowers. They bouquet they sent was not even close to the photo on their site. It was the ugliest bouquet ever.
