I was offer by refresh financial for rebuilt my credit history and get a car loan
They took 47 $ every 2 weeks on my account they said it will last for 3 months payments. They also told me it was secured loan. When I lost my job last april 2016 I decided to contact them and want it to cancel and stop it. What they did is harrassing me and now saying I need to pay 399 $ on them and if I will not pay this they told me to be report it in credit bureu. They always sending email on me and harrass every day on my e mail that makes me depress. Would please help e?

I was in a tight spot and I felt bullied into this and then I had a panic attack after they hung up. My husband calmed me down and I called back and told them I felt bullied and did not want this, and kept pushing them until the customer service manager (if he really was one) said he got accounting to close out the account and that they would not take anything. It is possible to get out of it (even tho the pushy as hell rep kept saying it was not) and I think they just take the bet that most people will just put up with it thinking they’re stuck and not fight it. So if this happens to you then definitely fight it.
I explained my financial sitauation to one of the employee, I refused the offer but this guy he's pushing me to accpet the loan and he's so judgy with my situaion.
Im kinda offended with his words to be honest.
I really regret I contact them. I wish I didn't! :(

Beware of the credit rebuilding department .
They are huge liars after i got my loan from easy financial i got transfered to a guy named tony he told me i have to pay 46 $ every 2 weeks on top of my easy financial loan payments .
I told him i wasn t interested but he told me its actually MANDATORY to get this trust fund loan in order to get my easy financial loan so i had no choice but to accept it .
3 months later i found out that it wasnt mandatory i called and tony swore that he never said that .
He transfered me to client servives and they lied to my face that they just heard the recording and tony never told to get the trust fund loan or no loan from easy financial.
Now its 92$ im paying which is not bad but its the principles beware they are slimmy snake and liars.
Ill just pay the principal and not let them have the beauty of taking interest
