Our tenant was very happy with Cal's Plumbing, and he made everything clear what needed to be done, so yes very happy. The communication prior to arrival is a text with photo of repair tech and arrival time, a big plus for safety. If you have a rental, the owner is also notified of scheduling. An absolutely amazing job by Cal's Plumbing today with repairing an old pipe feeding water into my house. The end product was like a work off art out of a plumbing advertisement with the attention to detail. I am a repeat customer and will keep coming back with all of my plumbing needs. Very professional and knowledgeable staff!

Professional and pleasant service from Jonathan. He explained what needed to be done, and options for camera checking now or later. Because the blockage cleared well and no roots were seen, decided to wait for camera work if there is another blockage. I have been using Cal's Plumbing for at least 20 years and recommend them highly!

I'm not sure it could get any better. Cal's Plumbing was professional and extremely knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. Our tricky old home plumbing proved challenging but was no match for their skills as he explained every step to include available options. That's why Cal's has been in business since a long time!

Cal's Plumbing is the best! The office kept us notified of the times when the plumber would arrive and was helpful all the way. John was the plumber and we will keep asking for him when we need help. He was on time, reviewed the work to be done, was efficient with his time and work, and cleaned up everything when he finished. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Was able to get the job done this afternoon, instead of tonight. Very thorough, showed me what he was seeing with the camera as he checked lines. Andrew explained everything that needed to be done, then fixed the problem. I was prepared for the camera after a prior Cal's plumber was here for the same toilet 2 months ago, and it was suggested as probably needed next visit, and it was.

Cal's was originally unable to fit my schedule, but when they had a cancellation, they sent a technician the same day. Nick was courteous and considerate and isolated the problem area and repaired it quickly. The glue had to dry for an hour before he turned the water back on, and I had to leave, so Nick waited and made sure the gates were closed and locked before he left. He suggested repair possibilities for other problem areas in the future.

Both Jonathon and Andrew did a great job. They were very polite and hardworking. I may need some more work done later as my garbage disposal has decided to go on sabbatical, so I will need that replaced also. It never ends it seems. Andrew did an excellent job of digging the trench from the street to the house and when finished he and Jonathon replaced the dirt and rocks and one would never know that they had replaced a water line. I will call them again when needed.

Cal's Plumbing is a vendor where I work and Fellowship Square has been very pleased, so when needing a plumber they were the company I called. Nic the service technicianwas very polite and great with communication (I was unable to be at the rental) he sent me pictures. I could not have asked for anything more, he was great. The office staff was also very polite and they were able to respond quickly. Cal's will be the company I call in the future when a plumber is needed.

Honest people, scheduling was easy, communication was excellent, job was done on the day of the quote. I had problems with a different company trying to scam my wife on multiple occasions. I called Cal's, they assessed the situation and gave me a quote to repair a valve and got it done. The other company told me the valve could not be repaired, only replaced, which would have cost 1,200 dollars more than repairing it. Thank you Cal's Plumbing, thanks Cody L., excellent plumber.

I have been using Cal's Plumbing for many years. They are always prompt. Today my bathroom and the bedroom next door had water on the floor. It was Sunday and Cal's Plumbing came out as soon as they could. Turns out there was a leak in a pipe. The leak was fixed and the floors are dry. Not only are all of the people I have had the experience to work with polite they are also very knowledgeable. Cal's Plumbing has my highest recommendation and will be who I call in the future for any plumbing problems. Thank you Cal's Plumbing.

Cals Plumbing is phenomenal! Ive never received better service anywhere and definitely did not expect it from a plumbing company.They are extremely reasonable in price, they are professional, kind, prompt, communicate extremely well and are just all around good people. This is the place you want to call when youre stressed about a plumbing issue.We will absolutely not use any other company as long as theyre around. We can not say enough about good things about this company and their staff of highly knowledgeable, honest plumbers.

Cal's sent Ken over first thing following morning so service was fast. He quickly diagnosed the faulty gas valve and replaced it. (We had already gone through replacing a dryer so this was a great relief!) After getting ripped off by other companies, etc. in past years we always call Cal's for professional plumbing services. They are able to get here quickly and always solve the problems big and small! Ken also helped me get the lint tube thing open right and then diagnosed a couple other non-emergency problems and will send me an estimate for one. It's a comfort to know they are there! LF
