I was a California psychic customer for about an year. Never trust psychic winter. Called customer care to ask for my money back and they gave my minutes back and suggested another psychic. That psychic was previously instructed on how to talk with me. The website is a fraud a rip off. They make up reviews and don't post the bad ones.
I'm financially broken and heartbroken.
Wish people don't fall for that like I did. So sad what they do...

California Psychics prey on broken hearted and lonely women by posing as a certified psychic who can see into your future. They listen to your concerns then predict your hearts desire will come to pass. But when their predictions fail to come to fruition, they blame you for not believing, or doing what you were supposed to do to make their prediction for your life come to pass.

There should be a law preventing these scammers from operating. People turn to them out of desperation, curiosity or fear and they milk that situation for whatever they can. Telling each patron that their psychics can predict with 100% accuracy. Isn't this illegal? Isn't this false advertisement? None of the predictions from psychic Winter has come to pass in over 3 years. But according to their web site she is a master psychic with 100% accuracy. Can I sue them for their lies and thousands of dollars I've spent? All they care about is getting your money so they fill you with false promises.

I've used this company on more then one occasion, and have wasted a lot of money. I worked with one psychic multiple times because the first reading was amazing. He was really calling out details that there would be no other way for him to know. He had also made q e predictions that came to pass almost instantly. After about 6 months, I noticed that his predictions were not wavering, he was sticking to his story...even though the said predictions were supposed to have already come to pass...After a year of this, I can tell you that his main predictions never came to pass. They won't post any negative reviews, so if I were to post this on their website, it would never be seen by any other customers. I've used other websites that will allow any type of review, but not this one. I've since cancelled my account and will never go back again. If you want to talk to a good psychic, find a local one and do it in person.

In March of 2016, I reached out to the California pyschics during a very devastating moment in my life.. I called to speak to a medium.. I was given a pyschic whom was little or no help to me at all.. I called back right after the call and was refunded and given to me a medium... Whomever I spoke to was supposed to be a medium, still had no clue what was going on.. needless to say, I ended the call myself, still not satisfied and I still have credit coming to me... I hope one day they will reimburse me as well.. I absolutely refuse to call these people on the phone anymore because that is what they get paid for; to suck your funds from you and to keep you on the phone...

I had gone to Julia in the past and called again today. I found her to be incredibly rude this time around. I hate it when you ask a reader a very specific question and they talk around it because they aren't connected. I asked her about my job search and told her I had been looking for a very long time and she had the nerve to blame me and tell me I had some kind of block! LOL. No dear, I have been job searching very hard, it is NOT my fault.

And when I asked her if she could give me details about the job opportunity she was supposedly seeing, she got annoyed! Do not read with this reader! She was rude and completely full of it! I did not even get the impression that she is psychic because she keep talking about astrology.

Today, when I called for a reading, I purchased a 19 minutes for $99.00 in US dollars, and was told the reader would soon call me. When the reader called, the phone connection was bad. As a result, after about 1 minute, our called ended where I immediately called back to the main number and, seeking a better connection, asked to be re-connected to the physic. This "receptionist" then basically told me that problem must be on my end, and that they were not responsible for crediting customers like me for lost reading time due to technical errors. In other words, she was claiming it was my telephone provider's fault and not theirs.
I insisted that I be credited for the previously time lost where she eventually but reluctantly agreed to grant me a second chance to receive the full 19 minute reading. I was then reconnected with the physic. We spoke for some 12 minutes. Then suddenly, a recording came on that said, "This call has now ended" even though I still had 4 minutes left. In contrast, with all past readings, a recording gave customers like me a warning first and then the opportunity to purchase more time.
However, with today's reading, I purchased 19 minutes and only received 12, yet was charged the full sum.
Feeling "ripped off, I immediately called the main number again and spoke with a supervisor. This supervisor refused to honour my full 19 minute purchase and reading. I then asked to speak with her supervisor, where she told me that she was the only supervisor available. As a steady customer, I must say, today's experience was a nightmare. It's a shame because I've found that some of the readers are quite intuitive. As well, being a business owner for several decades myself, this so-called supervisor refused to provide me with information on how to contact her supervisor. In summary, this was anything but a good experience. I was charged in full for service time undelivered. I have sine gone online and looked up other complaints that suggest fraudulent activity.

I have read with more than one psychic from this California Psychic. They have some "psychics" that are true to their gift . They are the ones that didn't ask me for my birthday. A representative from California Psychics even invited me to their office in Burbank, California to see what they can to improve their services. I wanted to see what they were about. I went . Their office is located in Burbank adjacent the old NBC studios. It's a telemarketer office with people behind desk with partitions, but with a scenic view of Burbank. No wonder they charge so much. Some of the "psychic readers" would ask you stupid as questions as to what I am calling about... When I said "relationship" they asked me more information. Well if they were psychics, why did I have to give them information. Isn't that why I am paying them money to read for me? . Little be known to some of these "fake psychics" I am also intuitive and the reading they gave me was so off. I questioned and asked them to clarify on what they supposedly saw... Some of them were to disgustingly rude. I had one psychic yelling at me on the phone (I wondered if she was on drugs) . If I am paying them to read for me, then they need to clarify. Some the psychics were so insistent that they were correct in their readings. I wanted to the tell them, no human being is 100% correct in their predictions. I only know of 1 who's is 100% and that is GOD. Unless they proclaim they are GOD, their prediction is 60% accurate. So they need to stop acting as if they are GOD. If they truly had a gift of psychic vision, they need understand they are using a God given gift and any misleading of their gift does not honor themselves or God. I made a complaint to their company. Apparently the person who read my complaint didn't understand what I wrote, and "apologized for their inaccurate psychic predictions". I complained about the rudeness of their psychics. I also told them that the psychics that are not companied owned are more accurate and cheaper than the ones from California Psychics. Do I want them to refund me? NO.. What I want to let the public that they are not what they seem to be. Some 50% of the readers are so Unprofessional. California Psychics need to get rid of those who are not professional and sympathetic... They will bring your company down. The public should try Meet Your Psychic. They are more professional there.

I've been using their site for the past few years. I've found many of their readers to be accurate as far as telling me what is happening behind the scenes in the present, and that can be helpful information. I also found some readers who were good life coaches, which can also be helpful. Overall though, I would have to give them mixed reviews at best. Yes, their readers can give good advice, as noted above, but all too often their future predictions just didn't happen, and the ones that did weren't anything spectacular. They were the, "You should hear from him by next Tuesday, " or, "Yes, I think he'll come to your dinner party, " type of predictions. Sadly, it was the predictions that mattered most that never manifested. When I first started reading with them, several readers all told me that I would be reunited with a former lover, and it would work out this time. Didn't happen, as I met someone else instead. Interestingly enough, no one saw him coming. Then, once I started seeing the new guy, I was told, again by everyone I read with, that he would marry me. Didn't happen. In fact, he totally blindsided me and dumped me without warning. None of the psychics I read with saw that coming either, and when it did, they all told me he'd be back. He did return for a short time, but it still didn't work out. The second time around I was the one who ended it. Now I'm attracted to someone else, but he's giving me mixed signals. For the past year all I've heard from everyone I read with is, "Give him time. It'll happen and you two will be together. He's just working through some issues." Yes, he really has been working through some issues, but now that a year has passed, I'm all of a sudden hearing from everyone, as if on cue, "He'll still come around, but there's this other man coming who I think will be a much better match for you." So I'm asking questions, such as, "Can you tell me more about him?" Or, "Where will I meet him?" Fair questions, but so far no one has been able to answer them. They're all just abruptly changing their tunes and telling me a new man is coming, but here's the caveat--he'll only show up if I let go of the one I'm attracted to right now. Oh, but if I want stay with the one I like now, he'll still come around. I'll end by saying that the one I'm attracted to now has become a very good friend, and sometimes the best relationships are the ones that start out slowly, and begin as friends.

Not recommended website. I joined the website www.californiapsychics.com 3 weeks ago, but it was only waste of my time. Also no one informed me that I would need to pay for everything, but it was mentioned that if I signed up for them, they would give free minutes for the conversation with the psychics. It was lie, ‘coz I hadn’t got it. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

My 19 year old daughter was going thru a terrible break up. She desperately turned to the Psychics to see what was in her future with this boy. Well they totally scammed her, they gave her false hope, telling her they were going to get back together on a certain date, that he would call on a certain date, that they would be married, etc. They totally told her what she wanted to hear. They kept her on the phone, they called her and solicited more "readings" all to the tune of over 1800.00 which was taken out of her account that was set up for her student loans to go into. When these predictions did not come true, my daughter tried to commit suicide, and she ended up in the hospital for 3 days... This company should be shut down. How do I get my money back from these scammers?

I am new to California Psychics, I have talk to Dawn (not Anya Dawn) twice now, she was very right on about the man I am questioning about, but the mane question I have, its time line has not happened yet. She was very nice, I felt good with her, and she was so dead on accurate about him, but I'm still waiting... has anyone talk to her? BAM

Grief, depression and a profound sense of loss got the better of my logic about 1.5 yrs ago. I started calling CP when by 10+ yr relationship ended. For over a year and a half I was told everything from "he's coming back" to "he's gone for good". The conflicting predictions kept me searching for a general consensus. Then, when I finally pulled my head out of my ### and my bank statement out of my drawer, reality hit me. I had spent thousands of dollars chasing a ghost. I talked to Anasela, Red, Dave, Jean, and many other highly regarded (if you believe their highly edited client comments). When I finally started questioning holding onto hope for so long, I was told that " I was not ready to receive the message", and that I was causing the delay in my ex coming back bc I was being negative..and the funniest (tragically funny) was Rogers telling me that if his predictions did not come true, then I should never call him again. Well, duh. Many of the CP readers are obviously cold reading and several of them were just laughably bad. I had one tell me that she had woken up at 3am the morning prior to my reading to mediate on my questions - really? You expect me to believe that c***? How did I allow myself to become to gullible? I am a left brain driven, educated professional, talking to a phone psychic line! Grief and depression do not discriminate and most of the readers at CP have little training with which to offer even the slightest amount of comfort. Only 2 of them said things that made me think that perhaps there might be a shred of truth to what they saw: Paige: even if her predictions do not come true, she has a wonderful demeanor, soft spoken and reassuring. Nina: same but with a keener insight into human nature. The worst? All of the ones who dodged my direct questions, or told me it was my fault that things were not manifesting the way they predicted. You know what - they were right. It was my fault that I spent 1+ years of my life hoping against hope. Never again. Entertainment purposed only? Well maybe for them! If you call dragging someone along for over a year, with false prediction, after false prediction. I'm actually thinking about applying to be a reader - no skills, a "true" empath. At least I know I would be able to provide guidance, comfort and care to those in need. I am fortunate to have the resources to have allowed me to play this out for what it really was: a senseless, expensive and potentially detrimental experience. But what about those who are actually relying on all of the false predictions? All they end up with is a lot of cc debt. Shame on you CP - for preying on doubt, fear, hopelessness of the human condition.

Attention a public warning!

Do not go to california psychics or buy anything from them! If they are saying their products and services is perfect and accurate and if you feel that what they are saying is to good to be true than that is probably right! Do not I mean do not go to these false, fake, frauds, they only do and say what they want and not what is true! They are just a bunch balognies! And if your readings with them you feel are not to your satisfaction than you are probably right! They are a bunch of fakes just making a quick buck and will do what ever to get it even if it is not true! Do not go to these #! Better to follow your own judgement first!

I called California psychics in a time of tue desperation, reading there testimonials and studying who can really help you with sincereness. I hope for this place to be sued and I eventually will get my whole refund back. First I asked if I where going to be getting a loan to help consolidate some debts, and that was a joke, and then I thought let me try someone else, maybe this testimony will be true, and asked if I where going to be getting a loan to pay my rent and that was disastrous. Liers Liers Liers and more of scamming people in desperate times and using there own people to write testimonial statements creeps shut them down.

I received an offer for 5 free minutes which lead to 40 minutes i was not connecting with the psychic i was referred to i had called back to ask for a refund no way that was going to happen they said i will hook up with ine of the best which wasn't not one thing said happened the reading took plac ein july i would not recommend to anyone

This company hires people claiming to be "psychics", "mediums", "channelers", etc. Their primary goal is to keep a customer on the phone as long as possible to collect their money and ultimately, be promoted to the next higher price per minute rate. Some of these "psychics" keep notes and reference them by asking your name and birth date again when you call back, some will even ask you to call back within a week while they "pray" about your matter. Three quarters of this company's psychics are flat out frauds. If you take the time to read a lot of their "Testimonials" you'll figure out that a good part of the testimonials are their own employees that answer the phone when you call in with a question or a recommendation or to schedule a call back.

It's truly sad how they're allowed to play with people's emotions when they're down and out only to take their money while laughing all the way to the bank. There really should be a serious investigation of this business who claims it's for entertainment purposes only. I sincerely hope that this complaint will be looked into.
