Caliber Collision Centers review: Holding my car hostage part 2

My car was rear-ended on may 12th and my insurance recommended calliber collision in purceville. Almost 2 months later, they have claimed to have had a part they are waiting on get lost in transit 3 times! First it was stuck in customs in canada, then it was lost, then it was delayed for over a week. When I finally called them to find out what was going on and to let them know that insurance is no longer covering my rental, they said that they did receive the part, but now realize they ordered the wrong bumper. They assured me that the new bumper would arrive that day (monday), I would have my car back by wednesday (today), and that they would cover the cost of my rental this week. When I called this morning, there was no record of this conversation with andrew, I received no call back, and I still don't know when or if my car will ever be ready or if I will receive any reimbursement for renting a vehicle out of pocket due to their negligence. I would absolutely not recommend using calliber collision!
