Caliber Collision Centers review: My truck was fixed and a part fell off in car wash. Waiting 6 months for replacement part

My truck was fixed at Caliber collision on 1202 east stop 12 Indianapolis In. 46227 in December of 2022. A part that was replaced fell off in a car wash and was unknown to me until several days later. I went back to caliber immediately and they said it was their fault and would replace the part. I have been waiting six months now for the part. Nobody calls me and the only way I know what’s going on is calling there once a month. I have put one complaint in already and was told I would be contacted by someone other than the stop 12 shop but that has never happened. I know there are back orders on some things but this is a chrome trim piece every new gmc truck has on it. The lack of communication and follow through is very frustrating.
