I was at the drive thru at above Tims, I placed my order when I got to the window to pay, one person is handing me two coffees and
another is handing me my change and I said just a moment I only have two hands. As I was driving away I heard the staff mocking me
saying I only have two hands. At that point I parked my car and when inside and asked to speak to the manager who happened to
be the person handing me the coffee, I told her that I did not appreciate being mocked. The response I received was that there is
a time limit we have to get customers through the line, so this makes it okay to be rude to customers. I received I am sorry here
is a coupon for a free coffee. Just thought I would submit this complaint and to let you know I was not at all impressed and will
not be using this Tim Hortons again. It was around 10 am in the morning and there was no line up in the drive thru.
