This morning Jan 24/20 at about 7am I went through the drive thru and ordered a large French vanilla in a extra large cup, 2 hash browns and a jalapeno bagel double toasted with cream cheese on it and when I drove away and got to work. I got a breakfast sandwich. This isn't the first time this location has screwed up my order. Its more on gas for me to drive back and throw the sandwich at them. Not impressed not that hard to get an order correct at the time I went to the drive thru there was no lines in the drive thru or inside from what I can see. They didn't bother giving me a receipt I ended up paying more for an incorrect order.
Tim Hortons - service/cleanliness
I was in Store April 1, 2019 approx 4 pm, The service was very very slow, When I mentioned this to them, Was told that their focus was on the Drive-Thru.
Also none of the tables were wiped, they are were dirty, and worst part of it all was that the Ladies Bathroom was absolutely filthy . From the floor up the walls, to the garbage disposal. I must say this is a first time going into a room such as this
