It is with frustration and disappointment that I write this formal complaint with your department. Time and time again my wife and I try to accommodate and be patient with the staff at this location. On numerous occasions we receive a half cup of coffee to our orders to food half raw, to a filthy store and very very unfriendly ignorant staff that don't care for their customers. The manager is worse we share our frustration's with him and he says, we can't accommodate every little complaint and shuds us off, like we don't matter. I always thought tim horton's was a great family orientated francize company, now it's seen as a horrible coffee provider. The once apon a time excellent service that used to be there is now a scary place to go for a good cup of coffee. Management and staff need more respectful training, tim horton's corporate reps need to go under cover to assess these francizes. Tim horton used to be excellent now it lacks good canadian culture roots as what it used to be. Please change the management and staff, excellent location the store needs major help in house. Thank you, frustrated customer
