On Sunday Dec 2, I was at the Safeway in Calgary 33 Castle Ridge Blvd NE. While I was shopping in the bakery I found the bakery staff to be rude and obscene as they commented to each other about my appearance. I was not rude or even asked them for anything. If this is the caliber of staff that Safeway employs it is a poor reflection of Safeway's costumer service.
I only spend $100 a week at Safeway and I am sure that other stores would appreciate my business moving forward. Safeway employees need to realise that the consumer pays their wage.
Safeway - terrible experience!
Safeway's in calgary. Why do they bother to hold these contests. The store cashiers never hand you a ticket. Even though they are siting in plain site. And if you ask for one they get ### as if they were giving away there own money. One cashier even told me she does not have time to give them out. The tickets are right at the cash register. And this happens every contest. So why bother...
Because we have so much other crap to have to tell you that sometimes we forget about the tickets. (Right now, we have to thank you by name, tell you how much you saved, tell you how much your gas discounts are, ask you about the prostate cancer coupon books, and the prostate cancer raffle) Whoever was rude with you.. well. I'm sorry to say that I work with a lot of people like that, but a lot of us are just overworked and way underpaid.
