The Byourbed comforter is absolutely amazing! It's so plush and fluffy, it looks like it belongs in a fancy showroom. I was a bit worried that it might be too warm because of its furry texture, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's heavy enough to be super snuggly, but it doesn't make you feel like you're in a sauna. It's somehow very breathable, which is great because I like to be extra warm when I sleep.

This company, Byourbed, has been a real pain to deal with. I followed the washing instructions for my first purchase, but it got ruined anyway. So, I accidentally ordered a duvet cover instead of a comforter from Byourbed. I returned it and ordered the comforter for my sister's birthday. However, when I sent it back via UPS, they lost my package. I contacted customer service and they have been a nightmare to deal with for almost two months now! None of them can get their stories straight about my return, and it's almost like they are trying to not refund me my money. I finally got UPS to start an investigation on the package a month ago, but hadn't heard anything about it. I called yesterday, and UPS informed me they closed the investigation awhile ago and had informed the company of the lost package. When I reached out to see where my refund was, a customer service rep told me UPS had informed her of the closed case, but that I would not be receiving my refund because I didn't answer any of UPS' messages. What messages? UPS never called or emailed me. I had to reopen the investigation with UPS because Byourbed made it clear that they weren't paying me my refund until UPS paid them for the lost package.

I also told the company that it was ridiculous and poor customer service how they didn't email me to inform me of the closed case and not refunding me my money, as we had been going back and forth for two months. Finally, I got a different customer service representative who informed me that they would have reached out about the closed case if UPS had been in contact with them about the case in general. But they are all liars and do not want to give you your money back at all costs. One rep is telling me they were in contact and closed my case and I get no refund, and the other is telling me they didn't reach out to me because they haven't heard from UPS at all. Which is it? Finally, today they tell me that I'm getting my refund of $79.18 back, but I paid $84.18 for the product, and shipping was free. They are a scam! They keep pushing you and lying to you so they don't have to pay you, and so they can steal all your money, and eventually hope you'll give up. This company sucks, their customer service is horrible, they are liars/cheats, and they are a scam! I would give zero stars if I could. Whatever you do, do not order from them.
