They auto sign up after the year is over, worst part is they digitally save your credit card number, even if you change the number they can still charge it. I was promised $400 in vouchers when I enrolled in Nov 2022, tried calling them and trying to get those vouchers from Jan 23 to Nov 23, finally I gave up and cancelled the account when they charged my credit card again for recurring charges.

Bottom point, this company brings shame to being an Indian company. I am an Indian, but this company puts us to shame, if they do the same thing with others.

There is no so called customer service, everyone just says it would be done, but nothing happens.

you dont deal with one person, its all cheap labor from India who make false promises. typical Indian way of doing business.

Everyone who really cares about there kids, please stay away from this company, unless you have a lot of money to waste.

You are better off with IXL or some other local tutoring company.

I recently purchased a pack of 10 classes for my son from BYJU'S Future School. The content of the classes is very good, and we have completed 4 out of the 10 classes so far. However, I have been put off by the aggressive and intrusive constant phone calls from various people.

The first three calls were just for introduction and Q&A, and they were made at the most inappropriate times. I was either driving, shopping, working, or in the middle of something, and clearly not in the position to answer trivial questions or just mundane stuff. Despite this, they kept reading out their lengthy scripts to me. One welcome call would have been enough, and customers would appreciate simplicity and straight to the point short messages. They specifically asked for the best timing for me to be contacted, down to the precision of 15 minutes plus or minus, and they were very meticulous about it. I thought that after going through these calls, they would leave me alone. But, I was wrong.

After the third class, they started pushing through some offers for buying 48 more classes! A lady told me she secured a 'good offer' with her manager's approval, which was very hard to do, etc., etc. However, after that, another guy called me and offered an even better price, which clearly did not require any manager's approval. And then the third person offered the lowest price plus Amazon vouchers.

I had already told them that I was not able to afford running out of cash and committing for so long time ahead. I was moving house, and my son was moving school. We had only finished 3 classes out of 10, and we wanted to enjoy the program as it goes, without being forced to buy more of it when we had not yet properly got into programming. They called during meeting hours, and I messaged back to call me after 45 minutes, but despite this, they still kept calling one call after another, which was very embarrassing at work as my phone kept buzzing. I complained and asked to place my account on DND, which they said they did.

Despite this, last Sunday night, a person kept calling me one call after another at 6 pm when we had a Halloween party. I answered and said I was not able to discuss anything right now (they normally take time to talk to, not able to make calls brief). And after that, a person still called and tried to push some great offer down my throat. This is all very frustrating and confusing, and I am beginning to lose trust.

I made a one-off payment for my son's class and put my daughter on a subscription, as advised by Mr. Dheeraj Lotlikar. However, after making the payment, I received no contact from BYJU'S, despite emailing them continuously to discuss some issues with the enrollment.

The customer service team completely messed up my kids' enrollment, and I had a few words with them. Mr. Lotlikar from their support team did not seem to understand his job or what information he was passing on to the next department. I was very frustrated with the whole process.

Despite my reservations, I was convinced to enroll my daughter as well, due to the vouchers they offered as promised by Mr. Lotlikar. I made a one-off full payment for my son and put my daughter on a subscription. However, her enrollment was also a complete mess, and I stopped taking calls from BYJU'S. Their customer service was very poor, and they kept calling me to convince me to enroll my kids in music, even though it was not their interest.

They promised me a $400 Amazon voucher after 21 days of primary account enrollment, and then additional vouchers after my daughter completed certain classes. However, when I inquired about the vouchers, I was told that I would not be receiving them due to an account already being created for my son. This was not true, as I had followed their instructions and used separate email addresses for my son and daughter's accounts.

Overall, I would not recommend BYJU'S Future School. Their customer service is poor, and they do not follow through on their promises. They are a fraud company, and I would advise others not to trust them.

They then planted 11 bags of cocaine on my person, causing me to later be arrested and charged with 11 counts of possession of cocaine. I have attached a picture of my arrest as proof.
