No teacher show off and no response
My daughter studied coding from this school since 2020 and so far, the teacher did not show off 2 months ago until now. We tried to look for any information about help desk, assistant, email and no one answered and let me know what's going on. Sent 4-5 email to support, customer service but no answer. No one pick up the phone call at [protected] (on website). If school don't have teacher to teach my kid, please let me know and refund all my kid remaining credits. Thanks.

I've been tryin' to get my money refunded from WhiteHat Jr. since October 2021, but it's still not sorted out. This service is just plain awful. Can't believe they're takin' so long to fix this.
