I went on their website to download spybot search and destroy (a program to remove viruses from your pc) I knew there was a free version but every time I did a search, softwarepros.com kept coming up so it was only $16.95 so I decided to just pay the money and download the software. I couldn't even figure out how to download the software so I called a friend/IT guy who gave me the link to the free download. I never received any service whatsoever from this company and they charged my American Express $96.96. I emailed them because they list no phone number on their site. I explained that I didn't order anything more than the download of spybot and that there is a free version that they are charging people $16.95 for. They would not remove the charge so I went to American Express. Softwarepros.com provided Amex with a fake invoice listing 3 year at $50.96, download protection at $14.97, DAP(I don't even know what DAP is) at $19.08 and antispyware at $11.95 totaling $96.96. I never received an invoice from softwarepros.com for anything let alone all these services I never ordered. They are scammers and need to be thrown out of business. Never buy anything from them.
