I have called multiple times to figure out why my loan payment magically went up and they have made me cry each time and have made me feel bullied. Horrible customer service, supervisors have never called me back, they refuse to speak to my title company. It would be Christmas for me if they would sell my loan to a different company, I'm sick of dealing with them and cringe every time I have to speak to a new person. They will literally keep passing the phone around until you give up and hang up, the last person I got off the phone was the last representive said "oh God, how are you not understanding this?". Thank goodness the call was recorded. :) No compassion, no care, they are not humans.
They lie, have horrible lending practices and when you call them they do not give you a straight answer and it is people like them that have given lenders and loan officers a very bad name.
My daughter did a loan with them and the loan should have been funded 3 weeks ago and they have no idea as to what is going on and the loan officer Josh Jones just spits out one lie after the other and will not call back and has no idea as to how much she is getting back because he does not know his job at all and should not be there helping people because he is Stupid
