Phenterthin usolicited drugs

I had a reaction to the free sample. I received ,unsolicited, 2 bottles of the drug Phenterthin before I could notify them. It did not include an invoice. I have one transaction in my checking account on 2-11-08 for $149.50 from "Health and Wellness", which I have to assume is from this vendor. Today was the first time that the phone was answered when I called despite attempts since 2-19 -08. There was no address available to return the drugs.

I wish to return the drug without shipping charges and a full return of $149.50.

Thank you

Phenterthin Billed my credit card without authorization

I cannot believe this company. First of all u cannot call them, u have to email them. Now that is B.S. Also I cancelled my membership i believe 3 of 4 days later. The product does not do what they say it should do. The product is horrible and they need to take responsibility and face the truth. Deducting 149.95 from my bank account. I will wait for a refund otherwise I will have to lean towards contacting my attorney. I am trying my best to work with them but they are unprofessional and do not care if the customer is satisfied. All they care about is scamming people and getting away with it. Sorry not this time.

On the internet I got a pop up that offered some diet pills for $4.95 and I sent for them. After receiving them I was afraid to take them because of the high caffeine content. So I didn't. Then I got charged $149. on my credit card the next month. I didn't know what it was for but then received another package from Phenterthin. I did not open it. I wrote on the package to "Return To Sender". I had disputed the charge to my credit card and they now put it back on as Phenerthin said I did not cancel the order. Which I get a busy signal each time I call.

This a fraudulent business and I will continue to file complaints until they remove that charge. The public needs to be informed.

I only ordered a free trial for a shipping charge of 4.99 for 15 pills I never new I was going to get more pills well I received another shippment which I refused and now I have a charge of 149.95 on my credit card. I will turn these people over to the district attorney's office and the better business bureau. These people need to be out of business and I will try my hardest to see that it happens. I tryed to cancell but could not.

Ditto to all comments. I ordered this product and tried to returnit by certified mail. It was refused. I have all the documentation to verify that I sent it back. It is truly a SCAM. I returned the product because there were no instructions, directions, etc. I have warned my credit card company about refusing the charges. Consumers BEWARE of receiving something free-nothing is FREE!

Amen to that!
This Company is a TOTAL scam & I'm fighting them & disputing it thru my Credit Card Company as well.

I also followed ALL cancellation policy request only for them to still charge me $149.95 & mail me the 2 bottles.

I was refunded by my CC company but just a few weeks ago they recharged me the $149.95 b/c the Scammers rebutted & claimed that I didnt follow cancellation policy!

I am fighting this! And I as well, will contact my Lawyer if this matter isn't resolved to my satisfaction.

Good Luck w/ your fight! I know how you feel.

Have a Great Gobble Gobble...

Aloha

Phenterthin The whole scam stinks!!!

I was not informed it would cost $49.95 to unsubscribe from their program. How insane! They automatically sent me 2 bottles of their product for the ridiculous price of 149.95 dollars. I am disabled and have $17.00 to make it on for the rest of the month. Any other company i have dealt with on the internet has been reasonable. You can't open a ticket on their sight and do anything muchless unsubscribe, which i couldn't do till i get my disability check at the first of the month. This company certainly has not helped my depression!

Phenterthin Dead end on phenterthin!

I purchased the free pills I got 15 and paid only 4.99 and I was under the impression that if I couldn't take them or they didn't work for me I could cancel at any time they have a number on the bottle of pills and it is suppose to be a 24 7 line but nobody never answers or returns your call if you don't cancel you are charged 149.95 that they take out of your credit card and even if you could cancel they will charge you 49.95. I read the terms and that wasn't in there no where I think it is a scam cause the emails I sent come back every thing I have tried to do to cancel this is a dead end lucky for me I use a green dot card I can close it out at any time and buy a new one and that is what I am doing but still this place shouldn't be aloud to take advantage of people this way and I am doing everything. I can not stop them. I have sent emails to all my family and friends that warn them of this company and they will pass it on to there friends and family the internet is a powerful tool if this company can use it to make money like this I can use it to warn people about them.

I too was taken in my the SCAM promoted by Nexgenlabusa of their offer of a "Free" sample of Phenterthin, supposedly a new pill to increase metabolism and lose weight. By the time I received my free sample I read enough to know it was a SCAM and that I wanted nothing to do with it. I found the website for Nexgenlabusa and immediately wrote an email offering to send back the "sample" unopened and asking that my account be closed before further charges could be made. I got an email telling me I had a response but when I went back to their website to view the reply I had been blocked and did not gain access to the site until AFTER they billed me an additional $149.95 for product that I did NOT even receive. It was at that point that they informed me I had not canceled in the required time period and even if I had canceled it would cost me $49.95. I am LIVID! After an exchange of emails I have been informed that my account has been closed but in the meantime it cost me $154.90 for their "free sample". PLEASE BEWARE! I have requested my bank NOT to honor the charge made on my account because I did not authorize the charge but since I DID authorize the original $4.95 for shipping the free sample I am confident the bank will also rule in favor of this internet SCAM business! HOW SAD! I truly wish I had done more research before ordering this "FREE" sample. I have certainly learned a valuable lesson but it angers me to think how many others have been swindled by this company and what can be done to STOP it! I find it hard to believe that the people working there can even sleep at night knowing they are stealing money from likely hundreds perhaps thousands of people taken in by their SCAM. How sad that scammers like this are allowed to continue to operate and get away with this highly unethical manner of business. I am afraid to even use the product at this point and have offered to return it but have been informed that ALL sales are FINAL and no returns allowed. That, in itself, tells you a lot about what type of operation this is!

Read ALL the fine print but also be aware that this is a MAJOR SCAM!

BEWARE!

Too bad the Better Business Bureau cannot get involved and stop this SCAM!

Tried to cancel the auto ship portion of this offer only to find the phone # given is never answered & just rings or you get an answer machine with a generic "leave a message". Left messages & ask for a confirmation call back. Did not rcv callback & they took $149.99 out of my account.

I am going to contact the Disney Movie Club, who posted this company's offer on there website in order ot register for there movie club.

Beware, once you accept their free offer for $4.95, it is virtually impossible to cancel before the 15 day period. No one is available to discuss, answer the phone or return an email. Once you get the pills, you will read where it is not intended for people with high blood pressure or heart issues. No where does it say that before you click the accept offer.

I have canceled but I am waiting to see if this goes through. In the meantime, I simply canceled my credit card on file.

I signed up for a "free" trial of their diet product, phenterthin. I knew there would be a charge if not cancelled. I attempted to cancel, on time, it was nearly impossible to wade through the website and get something accomplished. I thought I had cancelled and that was that. Lo and behold, they took $150.00 out of my account without my permission.
After several attempts to contact and speak with a human being, I was again sent to the website, where I jumped through hoops to get a complaint registered. I have yet to hear from anyone and I am out $150.oo.
Apparently the "free" sample becomes a $55.oo bottle if you decide to cancel! What a bunch of horse hockey!

Received Sample of Phentermin with no phone number or website to go to to cancel order. Have been charged 149.50 on checking account for an order I have not received. When calling the number provided on checking account, I was told I ordered the phentermin in Feb. I did not receive any until March 10. Also told that the first shipment comes automatically and charged to my bank account and cannot be canceled. I have not had a chance to cancel the order.

I have medical problems that preclude me taking this product . I have heart problems and thyroid problems for which I take medication. I have other problems but my medication takes care of it. Please give me an address where I can return the product If my credit card has been charged, please credit the charge or send me a refund check. You have my mailing address. Thank you in advance for honoring my request. Sincerely

I have been charged $149.95 for pills that I didn't order! I have received and returned the package and expect that I will be reimbursed for the money taken. I was unaware that I had been charged since there was no invoice with this package and I only discovered the charge when I received my bank statement. This company is a scam and I will report it to the Better Business bureau and also to the Mississippi Attorney Generals office.

I have also been scammed by the $4.95 Phenterthin offer that was posted on-line. I received two bottles less than one month later for the amount of $149.95. I called my Credit Card Company to put the purchase in dispute, and they gave me a number to contact them at: [protected]. When I reached a live person (which took 3 back-to-back attempts), the woman on the line told me that I had one of two options - 1- send back the two bottles that I received and get a $100.00 refund (keep in mind they are still charging me $49.95 for the original 15 complementary pills I received) or -2- keep one bottle and be charged only $79.95. She was very unkind, and when I told her the original pills made me feel jittery and that I didn't even use 13 pills of the original shipment, she told me they could not accept an opened bottle. I am just wondering if anyone has had this issue resolved, and received a full refund...
