As a customer, it is very disappointing to have received "run arounds" and un-follow through service from each employee I've spoken to.

Keystone hounded me for several months to take our trailer in for a recall. We followed the recall notice, took time off of work and made arrangements to complete the order.

I've followed through with requests of submitting receipts and completed W-9 forms for reimbursement. I've done my part, yet Keystone employees don't know how to process a simple reimbursement.

lost power in camper. The INTEL-POWER model PD52DCSD Automatic Transfer Relay Switch fitted with telephone line connect for IN COMPAND went bad so no power. It was discontinued because of this problem. I can't find a replacement and are about to miss a scheduled camping trip. Please help me resolve this problem quickly. I purchased on May 28, 2023 new 388 FKL DESTINATION RV TRAILER from FunTown RV in Conroe, TX. Which I purchased as my home. I loved it very much but my ON DEMAND hot water heater has not work since I got it. Have had 4 tech out to my home because it is where I live. As of today I still do not have hot water September 8, 2023. DO NOT PURCHASE this home with on demand water heater it is awful. Also customer service at Keystone and GERARD is the water heater manufacturer which is horrible to get my water heater fixed. I am a 70 year old woman just trying to have a home. Also looks like wil have to get a lawyer involved to get a tank water heater or something that works.

Bought new off lot last year June, 2022, Fridge didn't work and almost caught fire at our home. Tech from camping world came to our home to verify that. this was all documented at camping world. They had our RV for 4 months when we got it waiting for a fridge to be replaced, then when fridge was replaced the tech ripped our leather couch. they took a new couch from a camper on lot and gave us. Now this week our fuel pump is broken! We have only had this brand new camper for 1 year and the fuel pump should NOT be broken already. I would like my fuel pump fixed for no charge and I want Keystone to stand behind their campers. We paid an extremely large amount of money for this camper and already having to put money into it.

Had sense October 2018. As soon as warranty expired the alluminum siding started corroding. Have talked to Keystone several times about this issue due to faulty material. IT Keeps getting bigger. They said that I would have to take care of fixing at a cost of better than $ 2000 .

I have attached photos. This is poor quality work and material to have paid $65000 for the RV.

Any help would be appreciated due to the cost of fixing this problem.

We bought a 2022 Keystone Fuzion last year. It has a bunch of warranty work that needs to be done. It is a beautiful trailer Very cheaply built. We bought it out of town and now trying to get the work done has been a nightmare. It took us months to get approval for a repair shop to do the fixes and to have parts sent. We tried to have the most major ones fixed first. now we are on the second round of fixes plus trying to get recall work done and no one from Keystone will reply to me or to the repair shop. Very frustrating. Keystone has very poor customer service. If they are not going to build them correctly from the get-go then they should be bending over backward to get the warranty work done.

Noticed 2 summers ago that when I was cleaning off our slide the roof was all bunched up & wrecked. I auto thought we put the slide in w/stick or branch in there & it wrecked it. After further inspection & reviews, complaints online, it’s the motor that leaks oil, it drips on the the roof & warps, softens & damages the material. Trying to get a hold of Keystone is pretty close to the response that you’d get from Santa clause & if you did get ahold of them they will only answer you once & then wash their hands of you. They really need to have a look at the way they set the motors on the slide & place a drip try under the motor to eliminate this issue.

The company makes a big deal of its automotive windshield. We bought a Cougar 2022 22MLS travel trailer in June 2022. After we left the Colorado dealer and began heading on the home to Alaska, noted several days later that the frame and the interior paneling had a gap on the driver’s side. You could only see it if you were laying in bed looking up at it or viewing it from the side. The gap was big enough to slide your hand through up from bottom of frame to 14″.

Took numerous photos and had a dealer submit claim when we got home in Alaska. Keystone says: “The window “gap” is within factory spec, no warranty claim approved”. Really? Luckily, driver's side does not leak water, just looks awful. The passenger side windshield frame is snug against the interior paneling with no gap. Go figure. Sent in email with pics requesting reconsideration of claim. Nope. So, needless to say we won't be buying any Keystone brand in the future.

I have a 2022 Keystone Cougar 29rli we bought in August 2022. I took 5th wheel in for warranty work and told them auto leveler tries to lift 5th wheel off the ground. Claim was denied by Keystone saying that is a maintenance issue and they only cover that for 90 days. Does it not matter that it sat for 2 months waiting for it to get looked at or that it was never calibrated to start with. Dealer can recalibrate for approximately $100. Not (Camping World) dealers fault but for the kind of money paid everything should work. Also issue with lights dimming and getting brighter along with noteable fan speed changes. No outcome yet but I’m sure it will have similar outcome. Sounds like power fluctuations to me…

Save yourself the headache and stay away from Keystone and Camping World. These campers are a box of junk. We bought our camper from Tyler Camping World October 2018 and we have had leaking issues with it the whole time. We have had it repaired at Camping World service 2 times and now it is leaking again for the 3rd time. We have begged that our camper be bought back as a lemon from both Keystone and Camping World and they refuse to help us. Keystone is now refusing to repair the camper because the service manager at Camping World Shreveport told them it was our fault because of "lack of maintenance" when we had only had our camper out of service for 3 months when we found it had leaked again. When my husband went to talk to the service manager at Camping World he told him he was "sorry" but just needed to contact a lawyer because the camper was a lemon and defective.

I bought the 2021 fifth wheel new with 3 YEAR Structural Warranty. A year and half into it I found that the decking had shrunk from building it with wet wood pulling apart the membrane rubber roof glue apart. the whole roof is like this. They refuse to fix this problem. I sold keystone product for years. I have never heard such a thing of what they are pulling. They do not honor there product warranties. I have no choice but to put in a bad review. I have sent pictures and ask them to please fix the problem. They ignored it and didn't even write back. don't buy one and have that happen to you. I sent pictures for you to see. again the whole roof is like that

I bought this brand new off the lot and right out of the gate I hooked it up to water and thw washer hook up valves were open and in 3 months all my trim is falling off my drawers won't close all the way my heater went out and then my ac units went out when it was a 115 outside and my fridge quit working they fixed it for it to go out 6 months later the bed slide had a gap that ruined the box the kitchen slide leaked and after fixing the leak I now have a 8 inch gash I'm the floor under the slide the window above the bed leaked various water connections leak and getting a competent dealer repair is nill to none and Keystone won't adress any issues so currently I don't have ac my fridge doesn't work and we're playing g merry go round to see who actually is responsible

Bought the trailer in November 2021, went to take our first trip in March:

Manufactures furnace did not heat the trailer above 55 degrees when outside temp was 36 F.

Gander RV Forrest Lake MN install a second furnace in the garage area in an existing cabinet, they accidentally installed it in another individuals trailer. So they had to delay my delivery to install I. My trailer; they did hook me up to another persons retailer and let me start to drive away before I realized there were missing vent covers, not my trailer red flag.

Well, now it’s winter in Texas, neither furnaces work.

The slide covers do not retract, they flop around and one is damaging the kitchen slide.

The franchisees “don’t do warranty work”, Keystone refers you to its crappy service network which does not take their warranty, I am told Keystone does not pay the dealers for the work; seems accurate.

The keystone VIP people could not put a door knob on a door let alone connect you to a resource to fix their own products.

Do not ever buy a trailer you intend to use the manufactures warranty or their after market warranty to get repairs made to Camping World/Gander RV/ or Keystone work because, in reality nobody is available to do the work.

On 9/29/22 Country RV in Flagstaff ordered an axle for my 2011 Montana fifth wheel. The trucking company Ceva is who Keystone uses and to date the axle has not been delivered. The tracking number is bogus and Ceva's phone number has no one to answer.

I don't understand how Keystone can use a company that doesn't deliver its product in a timely manner. Currently my fifth wheel is in storage in Flagstaff, AZ costing me money. I live in my fifth wheel and now have to stay elsewhere till its repaired.

My complaint is simple I just want my axle delivered so it can be repaired. Every time I call Keystone they don't know where it is and give me an excuse that Ceva is changing its computer system. They could still answer the phone.

I feel that Keystone should send out another axle using a company that actually cares about their customers and will deliver in a timely manner.

We have had our 2022 Keystone Outback 38rl for about 4 months and every day something else breaks. I truly wish I could give it back and get my money back. It is an absolute piece of junk. Keystone doesn't care and camping world can't do anything without keystones approval. We have had all of the drawers collapse on our first trip with was only 8 hours, the pump Leakes and has cause the bathroom cabinet to crack, the bed hinge broke in the first week, there are screws missing everywhere, the trim fell off in the bedroom and in the living room, the trim was cut too big in the kitchen and had bowed, the dining room table should expand but they screwed it shut... and that is just part of it. I looked into lemon laws because I feel like they should let us give it back so we can get a trailer that was built by a company that actually has integrity. But at the bare minimum they should fix things free of charge. We live in it so bringing it in costs us gas money and a hotel, but they don't care... they say these trailers are supposed to be live in, but when we bought it at Camping World they told us this was the best trailer to buy to live in full time. Every single day something breaks and it is causing problems in our home life because every night there is something else broken and it causes anger and problems that we shouldn't have due to the fact that we bought it new and should not be having all these problems. I don't know what to do, but I am very very very unhappy with this purchase and any help would be appreciated. I can provide photos and videos of all the problems if you can help.

Closed up the slide and on the drive home noticed the rear of the slide was not closed flush with the trailer body but was secure to finish the drive home. Once home it was opened to determine the issue and once opened the entire rod and bottom connecting box was exposed outside of the trailer body. I have pictures. I am concerned that it will not go back into the unit to get it serviced. This is the newest issue that i have had with my 2021 Montana 3761FL Legacy Edition since taking ownership only 14 months ago from Holmann Motors in Batavia, Ohio. They have quite a list of repairs that have been made on this unit some covered by warranty and some were out of my pocket expenses. The unit retailed for just under $130,000 and the overall quality is sickening when i think about the price. I chose Montana after several hundreds of hours of research into the quality and craftmanship of the model and i got nothing of the kind. I would love to go over all the issues we have had so far but there is not enough time. To say I am disappointed in my purchase is an understatement. I look forward to having more communications with you about my specific unit and all of it's issues (some were due to Holman not being trained on selling and servicing this model)
