Hi, I placed an order on 12 June 2019 for McDonald's delivery. Once of the orders was Mcnuggets 6 pieces but I received the 4 pieces instead. I am not happy as the rider should have chkeced my order properly before being delivered to me. Especially McDonald's staff always make mistakes. I hope to receive compensation on this order as I have paid more than the value of the food. I do have pictures of the food received and the receipts. Pls refer to the attached pix. Thanks
I have been trying to get a code for long and it was not sent. Please upgrade your service because you have done nothing but disappoint your customers. There's always a problem with your service and system. I didn't mind the fare hike or the hike on other grab-related prices but if the service is bad, how do you expect people to pay for the hike in price? Also, why isn't there a "pay at door" in your payment options? The single option is nothing but a hassle; there should be options. Yours is by far the worst service I have encountered, even the slow service in the government offices isn't as bad as this. Fix your problem!
