Shenzhen LED Home Opto-Electronics Co Limited - COB Strip

Sample of LONG RUN COB was supplied for testing and the product that was supplied after testing is different in quality and have lots of failures. Another product purchased from this supplier was manufactured wrongly (wrong wires supplied) and the supplier refuses to reproduce again and tries to convince us to compromise and accept their solutions which are not what we ordered and paid for.

SmartBot Sweeper - I would like for the $71.97 charges to be refunded and for my card to stop being charged every month as these charges are unauthorized.

I ordered this sweeper, because of discount through my employer, to only have to pay $5.99 for shipping. My credit card has now been charged two months in a row for $71.97 each time.
