This thing is totally junk I need to talk to this company personally mnothing works as it should.needs new remote .don't understand when you turn the volume all the way down sound goes up.if you turn it all the way up sound goes away absolutely.nothing works as it should. It doesn't tell you how to hook up the sub.i need to personally talk to these people. Now i understand why they are for sale.they need to contact. Me or there will be legal issue

Desired outcome: Replac remote that won't fix it even when the remote was working it didn't work right.or just send 150 bucks.
Go thus thing from a friend hadn't been opened .took it out plug in absolutely nothing. Played around with it finally got some sound out of.turn it all the way sound go's up

Supposed to stepped on the remote now nothing .this thing cost me 150$ propane bottle.gonna throw it in the dumptster.send me another remote or like I said I can just throw it in the dumptster!
