December 29, 2021, ordered (2) Mr Coffee BVMC-SC12 as a backup for the CG-13, which no longer last as long.
November 14, 2022, I finally began using & 11 days later, the carafe broke in 2 pieces at the handle. There online support email, is just as defective as their product. No pun intended; but, the truth. This company continue to email me apologizing, etc. Mind you, no direct email ([protected]@...).
How this company address consumer issues, is inexcusable. They absolutely lost me as a consumer.
