NOORO review: Back massager 1

on 2/18/23 I ordered an advertised NOORO back massager at cost of $23.94. Item arrived early March, and turns out it came from China and a knock-off of a NOORO massager. Package is missing a plug to put the USB plug into to plug into an outlet. I notified company by email. Contacted [protected]@customer-star.com. Melissa D (Customer Star) has been contact. Order #N832941317. I first contacted March 2nd. Several emails go back and forth. Melissa states to return item with a tracking number. USPS states would cost over $60 to China with tracking. Melissa said should only cost $25, but that wasn't case. I said should just cancel and refund. Melissa says without item returned, can only refund 25%. I sent picture of item as requested. It is a cheap model of real thing and want total refund of $23.94 since I cannot use item sent, and returning it costs much more than the item.
