Sample of LONG RUN COB was supplied for testing and the product that was supplied after testing is different in quality and have lots of failures.

Another product purchased from this supplier was manufactured wrongly (wrong wires supplied) and the supplier refuses to reproduce again and tries to convince us to compromise and accept their solutions which are not what we ordered and paid for.
