On 02/16/23 this company attempted to charge my credit card for $149.95. No explanation or website was provided. The charge was declined and I may be charged for this by my bank. I left a voicemail there as it was after business hours when I attempted to contact them. However, the company in question listed a phone number which goes straight to voicemail due to "high call volume". I left a message for them as requested but have not heard back from them as of 02/19/23. I did not authorize this charge and declare it fraudulent.
Desired outcome: Restitution for inconvenience and potential charges from bank. Apology from company and that they do not intend any follow-up charges. Prosecution for fraud.
