Order was canceled due to a company... synergy... telling vendor not to ship items due to possible fraud... MasterCard tells me payment was authorized.. buydig said no.. I got confirmation from email thanks for the order... buydig never sent an email saying there was a problem, just a thank you for order... MasterCard tells me there is no problem with the money being authorized... buydig tried to redo order but I don't have confidence that their company synergy is going to block again.. plus 1of the items of 4 was no longer available.. it was in stock at the time of orignally ordering.. Claimed loss: 1 item on order no longer available...it was at time of order in stock....synergy appears to be the problem...reordering was not an option because on item not available.
Desired outcome: Synergy seems to be the problem...mistaken my MasterCard as fraud..I desire buydig corporate phone number..
