They said that they had new ownership, but we had worked with the previous owners before. The price for leads with the old company was around $25.00 per lead, but the new price was $48.00. We were hesitant, but we received a few good leads over a week or two. However, a couple of weeks after we agreed to accept their leads, we started hearing that the leads were already given to other companies. We were told that only 4-5 companies would get the leads, but clearly, they were giving the leads to more companies than promised, and we were getting the leads after their preferred vendors. We decided to wait and see what would happen, but by the first of 2023, it was obvious that the leads were terrible. We tried to calmly state the facts, but their support was outsourced to India, and it was the worst support imaginable. We had hundreds of worthless leads that they sold us, and we were forced to be more vocal in our complaints. They offered us "private" leads for $200.00 per lead, which was ridiculous. We put a freeze on their account in late January, early February, and withheld any payments permanently. We reported them to the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and our state's version. We also began to create a lawsuit, and many other companies have joined. This company is a complete scam. If you look at the extreme negative reviews on Yelp and other places, you will see that they are getting away with theft, and we intend to stop them. By creating a web of deception, the main organization remains completely out of the picture in the UK. The first offense it does is to pose as a hotel site, and second is to hide its address. Then it has the luxury to take debit and credit card details of travelers. It can at the point of selling say there is no cancellation fee, but later say there was an agreement for cancellation fees.
