Wonderful System!
I have now used Solutionreach at 2 different practices and absolutely love it! It's an easy way to send out reminders/recalls and stay in touch with our patients! They have such a wide range of pre-generated Newsletters to chose from for almost any occasion! Their customer service is outstanding and have never not been able to help me! I would recommend Solutionreach to everyone!
Time Saver!
Before Solution Reach, I had to find time for the tasks that aren't pressing, but are important, such as patient reminders, and reaching out to those who should be coming in for an appointment. SolutionReach has saved me SO much time! They also send out Happy Birthday texts and/or em-mails to our patients, which is a nice touch! I have been very pleased with the results we have gotten from SolutionReach. I recommend them!
Great platform very robust
I have used all the platforms out there and Solutionreach is the most customizable one of all. Not only are the appointments in google realtime but they map the route for the patients to get to ny practice. I can quick fill appointments when someone canceles last minute, birthday messages are great b cause it's a video of my staff. This has saved my staff a lot of time and energy and allows them to do more important things than try and confirm appointments

I have been working with Solutionreach for several years now and I have nothing but excellent things to say. I would probably max out the character limit if I even tried. The customer service is like no other. This product has changed everything about the way we communicate with our patients! We have literally lost 3 employees over the time since we have implemented this product and we did not need to hire anyone to replace them due to having this amazing tool!
Amazing system that has allowed our office to save both time and money!
Our office started using Solution Reach in 2013 after using two other products that were advertised to do what SR does. One did not last the trial period and the next we did sign up with; however, we were able to get out of our contract due to the fact they were unable to deliver on all of the promised services. Since we have been with SR it has made a HUGE impact on the efficiency and time management in our office, not to mention cut costs for us when it comes to purchasing post cards, stamps, and employee time to process each recall or notification needed.
Incredible Tech To Serve your Dental Patients
I am really blown away by the level of service SolutionReach has offered our practice top to bottom. Starting with our sales rep, to initial onboarding, and now creating newsletters and really teaching us how to leverage SolutionReach technology to assist serving and communicating with our patients to increase our practice efficiencies. In this day and age, we are finding more and more patients want the option to communicate with text messaging and this is just one of the many solutions SolutionReach has provided us. Additionally, the surveys and convenient way to send FB and Google reviews to our patients will continue to help us grow our online presence.

Do Not Use This Company
This company has one of the worst customer service teams I have ever used with a third-party vendor. The sales team assured me that I would be assigned a representative to address any customer service issues I had for the duration of my contract. After the 90 day trial period, I was handed off to a tech that rarely responded to emails, picked up my phone calls, or had any useful knowledge about the software system. When I wanted to go live with the SR Schedule feature, it took 10+ hours of the tech trying to figure out why the sync wasn't going through from our PM for the schedules to upload on SolutionReach. Because she was remoted into the my computer, I was unable to do any work while they attempted to resolve the issue. In the middle of one of those remote sessions, the tech stepped away for over an hour to handle a "personal emergency" and did not notify me that she was leaving her desk so that I could use my computer! When she finally came back she messaged me through the remote and apologized for stepping away for so long. Finally, she decided to escalate the issue to a programmer and he was able to resolve it within a few hours. The entire process was frustrating, exhausting, and time-consuming. The feature to this day still does not work properly despite multiple forms of contact to the customer service team and meeting with their customer service assessment team to leave my feedback. In fact, the assessment team was more interested in bouncing off ideas they had about the SR product with me rather than fixing the issues that I was experiencing.
I am currently trying to get an additional location added to my contract for the appointment reminders to go out to our patients. It has been two weeks since I made the request and nothing has been accomplished. The tech emailed me twice asking to set up a time to connect so that she could complete the sync, to which I promptly responded with dates and times for when I would be available for the remote.
Aside to the customer service, the sales team does not accurately reflect how their product works and you have to invest a lot of personal effort and time to use SolutionReach for anything other than appointment reminders. Personally, I have had issues with SR syncing with our PM system, the SR schedule not working for some of my office locations, appointment reminders not going out on time, and SR not pulling correct information to send out recalls/collection information. Instead of releasing so many product lines, I wish they would focus on one or two and actually make them work. This company is a headache to deal with and I would recommend that you continue searching for other products on the market.
Terrible Service, Bad Software, and Poor Management - Not Worth the Money
This company is not good at all. I really don't recommend it. The service is terrible, the software is bad, and the management is not good. It's not worth the money you pay for it. We had a technical issue and it took them over a month to call us back. By the time they called us back, we had already found a better company. They had our contract on auto-renew and I asked them to take it off only for the date it ended. But they cancelled our whole service before it was even up. It's been phone tag all day and they're laughing at us. It's really bad. They send texts for appointments that don't even exist and they have no idea where they come from. It's just awful.

Been using Solution Reach for a while now and I gotta say, it's not the best. We decided to upgrade our services with them, but it was a total mess. And to make matters worse, they claimed that they had renewed the contract secretly without my authorization and that it was acceptable. What kind of fraud is that?
I tried to talk to Cody, who is supposedly a manager, about removing the errant charges, but he claimed that there was no one higher up than him to handle it. And when I asked for a refund for the fraudulent billing, he claimed that he was inept to handle it. I mean, come on, what kind of customer service is that?
I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. It seems like they are resorting to a hostage situation with their clients and won't be around for much longer. Shareholders, beware! And everyone else, stay away! Their fraudulent and unauthorized billing practices are just not worth the hassle.

Disappointing Technical Support: My Experience with Solutionreach
I recently had to cancel our 3 medical office accounts with Solutionreach after being a loyal customer for 4 years. The technical support was beyond frustrating and seemed non-existent. I spent a total of 24 hours on the phone, mostly on hold, for 10 days trying to get the issue resolved. I spoke with 3 case managers and 3 supervisors, but nothing seemed to work. It was only when I finally told them to cancel the accounts that they seemed to care and offered their apologies. They promised to get their best team working on it, but it was too little too late for me. I needed the best team 10 days ago.
To make matters worse, Solutionreach admitted that their current tech support team was poorly trained due to covid. While I understand the challenges that covid has brought, it is not an excuse for poor service. If you can't service your product properly, you can't service my practice. And to add insult to injury, they charged our credit card while all this was going on.
Overall, I would advise anyone to stay away from Solutionreach. They are not the company they used to be and their technical support is severely lacking. It's a shame because we were once happy customers, but now we have to find a new solution for our medical office needs.

It is overpriced and under utilized for most offices. THEY HAVE A AUTO RENEW CONTRACT, BEWARE, I did not even know that this was legal. When I called to cancel (14 months after my 2 year contract expired) they told me that I could not get out for another 10 months. They Autorenewed my contract with out my knowledge. They auto renew it every year, I was aware that they had auto renewed it 14 months prior and also again 2 months prior to me trying to cancel service. It is in the fine print day one you sign the contract. I did not even think this is legal. They told me my options were to finish out the 10 months (even though My 2 year contract was up) or pay out 75% of what it would be to get out now. We are talking thousands of dollars here to get out of a contract that I had already lapsed my 2 years and then some. VERY SHADY COMPANY. Burnt once, twice shy.

The worst part is that we can never seem to reach a human to resolve these problems. They always want to tie up our computer for hours and then ask us to hire our own IT people to solve it. It's like they don't even realize that we're cloud based, even though we've told them several times.
Our CSR, Jade, is polite enough, but she's clearly just reading from a company script. And when we try to get service after our business hours (which are 8-6 CST), they always tell us they can't provide that. And forget about asking for a supervisor - they always deny us and then disconnect our call.
