12 months contract
I had a 12 months contract with Ekomi. I was not satisfied with Ekomi and their service and I could not wait for the end of the contract. I was really happy when 12 months passed and I thought that I finally got rid of these guys but they charged me and automatically renewed my contract for another year! I contacted customer service and demanded some explanation and they said that everything was written on their website and claimed that I gave my permission when I signed the original contract! I never did that! Demanded my money back but they refused and said that I have to spend another year with them. Total joke! Called my bank and cancelled my card!

Folks, be very, very careful. There's a new wanna be sheriff in town, a survey company named eKomi. Sounds harmless, another consumer feedback site, but they are there for SEO optimization only. After I had problems, I found many (as in hundreds) of complaints at BBB, scam report, Pissed Consumer and thought, wow, no wonder. eKomi sent me a survey and I gave Clickinks 1 star, saying I couldn't give them a negative. I just went to look for that review and imagine my surprise when they are showing a 4.7 (out of 5) review, and, surprise, surprise, my review is just not there, and I looked and found my confirmation. Even the Complaints Board has multiple complaints on Clickinks. Something is definitely wrong with this survey company, because they are the only place in towon that has a positive review..
Unable to reach the customer services
I registered on the website www.ekomi-us.com, but after several weeks I lost my password. I tried to reach the customer services, but these people ignored me. I sent multiple emails and called them almost every day, but no reply. Complete disregard. These people are scammers and liars, who place fake info on the website and keep silence when you try to reach them. Please post your comments about this company.
I have using ekomi for a few months and noticed it was unhelpful. I wrote to them to cancel my contract. But they have ignored and has been billing and getting my money. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I have just seen that a lot of people have fallen prey to their unfair practice and billing.
