We signed up for PandaDoc 'cause the salesperson said we could cancel and only pay for the time we used. On September 3, they charged us $242.25 (12 months @ $19/mo plus taxes) for a whole year of service, from September 3 to September 2, 2022. Then, on September 10, just seven (7) days later, we asked to downgrade to the free plan and get a refund. But now they're saying no refunds, even though we already paid and ain't using the paid service no more!

I tried out Pandadoc for free and they said they would only charge me if I used it after the trial ended. But I never used it. I asked to cancel multiple times during the trial, but they didn't confirm the cancellation. I tried reaching out to them, but couldn't get through. Finally, after more than a week of trying to cancel, they acknowledged it. But guess what? They still charged my credit card $1,068 for a whole year, even though I never agreed to that. This company is doing shady stuff and ripping people off.

In January, I wanted to cancel my subscription to PandaDoc. But when I tried to cancel, they gave me an offer of 50% off for a whole year. So I thought, why not? I decided to continue with the subscription and pay the discounted price. However, when it came time to charge me, they ended up charging me the full price instead. And to make matters worse, they refused to give me the discount or refund my money. I even have a video showing their website clearly stating that I would receive the 50% discount. But they told me that since I had it last year, I wouldn't get it again. Nowhere did they mention this when I clicked on the offer, and I trusted them to keep their word. 1/14/2023?$780.37?The biz committed to providin' an easy-to-sign legal services platform. They did it on a month-to-month basis. When I tried to cancel my account, they said sorry 'bout me leavin' and canceled it. No more info needed. But on 2/6/23, I got an email askin' me to upgrade my account (which shoulda been canceled). I replied sayin' I wanna cancel, and they said I gotta respond to their support email to do it. The support email they sent didn't say anythin' 'bout havin' to respond again to cancel. ?Invoice #: ***?

On July 30th, I signed up for their 14 day free trial online. I opened the program, which is meant to allow you to create documents and send them to recipients to be reviewed and signed by way of eSignature. I created an example document so I would have one ready to show my partner(who would assist in the decision of continuing the subscription after the trial). No sending or esignature feature was used. On the 5th day of the trial, I noticed on the checking account statement that they debited the account for the amount of *** on day one of the trial. I immediately contacted support and demanded a refund. The reply I received said that in most cases, they do not issue refunds, but they would have the billing department investigate to see if there was anything they could do. I informed them that this was their mistake for charging me for a free trial and that if it wasn't refunded, it is considered fraud.I have contacted them numerous times since then and have received no reply.

On December 3, I signed up for PandaDoc's 14-day free trial online. I opened the program, which lets you create and send documents for review and eSignature. I made a sample document. On the 13th day, I noticed a charge of $1068.00 on my account statement. They debited the account for that amount on the first day of the trial. I contacted support right away and asked for a refund. They replied saying that they usually don't give refunds, but they would have the billing department look into it. I told them it was their mistake to charge me for a free trial, and if they didn't refund it, it would be considered fraud. I immediately reached out to them and my bank. This place should be closed down. I never agreed to buy a one-year plan with 20 licenses! Why would I need 20 licenses? The trial wasn't even over, and they said they automatically charge you at the end of the trial!

On December 23, 2022, I was lookin' for some software that would fit my needs, ya know? I stumbled upon PandaDoc online and thought, "Hey, why not give 'em a try?" They said they had a 14 day free trial, so I figured, what's the harm? After checkin' out the software, I realized it just wasn't right for me, so I decided to cancel my subscription (within 48 hours of signin' up).

But then, about a week later, I was payin' off my credit card and guess what? I saw a charge from PandaDoc for $31.26 (they charged me on the same day I made my account, December 23, 2022). I was like, "Hold up, that can't be right!" So, I reached out to the company to sort things out.

At first, they told me they don't do refunds for subscriptions, but they assured me that my subscription was canceled. I wasn't satisfied with that answer, though. I told 'em that I shouldn't have been charged in the first place since I was still in my trial period. But you know what they said? They said that because I didn't ask for a refund within 24 hours of the charge, they weren't gonna do anything about it. Can you believe that? I feel like they straight-up lied to me and violated my trust. I don't want anyone else to go through this frustratin' experience.

I was charged $1068 for a broken service. I tried it for one day, but the system kept erasing my content and freezing. I tried to cancel, but the website had issues and kept freezing. I got charged on the 14th day of the "free trial" and immediately contacted them. I explained that the service didn't work, I didn't use it, and I would never agree to pay $1068 for a broken online version of *** Docs. I asked for an immediate refund since it was still within the trial period. They have ignored me and referred me to their no-refund policy, claiming it wouldn't be fair to other clients. Seriously? What about the people they've defrauded? The fact that their service and website are broken makes me believe that this company is just a fraudulent scam. I've found multiple complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com and forums about the same issue. Since I contacted them right after the charge and canceled on the 14th day, not refunding me would be pure theft. I've sent multiple emails to their "support" with no response. I will report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com and consider legal action along with other victims.

I signed up with PandaDoc in October 2022 to integrate it with Salesforce.com and Salesforce ***, starting on December 1, 2022. However, when we set it up in December, we discovered that the Salesforce *** module was still in beta testing and not working properly. On December 28, 2022, the PandaDoc Solutions Architect informed us that the Salesforce *** integration was still being developed and directed us to the Product Team for more information. A PandaDoc Technical Support Associate also confirmed that the *** integration was still under development. This integration was an important part of our agreement, as stated in the signed proposal document.

Furthermore, our testing revealed that there was a problem with uploading and attaching documents to the Salesforce platform. PandaDoc tried to fix the issue, but the solution only worked temporarily before the problem reappeared. This problem was never fully resolved and stabilized, which was also an essential element of our agreement, as stated in the signed proposal document.

On January 3, 2023, we sent PandaDoc a notice of material breach, and on February 8, 2023, we sent a termination and demand notice. However, we did not receive any response from PandaDoc. I have attached a copy of our agreement, along with supporting documentation that shows the beta status of the application and an email from the PandaDoc Technical Support team discussing the under development status of the *** integration. I have also attached the material breach notice and the termination and demand letter that we sent to PandaDoc.

We have ended our relationship with PandaDoc and are now trying to recover the $9,936.00 that we paid them in December 2022.
