Purchased a 2019 Outlander from Moxie in May of 2019, it was financed thru Regional Acceptance Corp at that time, along with GAP Insurance. This vehicle was refinanced in Feb, we were told we had GAP Insurance coming back. We filed a request for this money back in April of 2022. We were told at that time, that it would be 6 to 8 weeks. This company claims to give you exclusive leads and they charge upwards of $20-$30 per lead. Complete rip off. I receive leads that were not exclusive. Many individuals were not able to be reached via phone or email even after multiple attempts, some that I did reach so they were filling out a survey online and said they had received multiple phone calls from different insurance brokers and had no need for insurance.
