I was hired as the CEO of Riz Energy, LLC. After setting new financial records as the CEO of this company in month 1, the owner chose not to pay me at all. After doing more due diligence, I realized that his business model is such. Hire people, let them bring business in, not the pay the employees, and keep all the revenue. This practice is unethical and illegal in the state of Texas.
