Stay as far as possible from Beemr Building Design. I have spoken with the representative and he said that he would restore my house after the fire. He got the deposit and said that he would start the work next week. He didn’t show up and I heard that he has another project and he worked there. Also, he used my funds to finish another project and I immediately informed this man that I would terminate the contract and wanted to get whole sum back.
This is Thomas Barron, owner of Beem’r Building and Design. Please look him up before hiring! Do NOT think a contract will safeguard you. Has no permanent address, owns no property in his name, judgement proof. If you fall for his con game and hire him you have no recourse to recoup your money when he steals it. And he will! He has complaints on many sites, multiple judgements, even bad reviews on dating sites as he scams women too. He is likeable, knowledgeable, and at the beginning of the job impressive. When he knows he has your trust he will request draws early, then take off. Arrrsted many times for bad checks and even a weapons charge. Research and DO NOT HIRE. There are plenty of reputable contractors out there, he is not one of them.
