National Collectors Mint review: Morgan silver dollars
I bought 8 morgan silver dollars that were suposed to be in brilliant
uncirculated condition MS60 or better.
I even got a certificate with each coin stating they are brilliant uncirculated MS60 or better.
I sent the coins to PCGS to have them certified and they all came back as cleaned and only almost uncirculated AU condition. customer service is giving me the run around and not honoring the guarantee

Claimed loss: I'm loosing the value of the coins now being certified By PCGS.And I am loosing the cost of having the coins certified by PCGS.
Desired outcome: I want all my money back plus the cost of having the coins certified and all the time and effort going through this mess
