Liberty Life review: Withdrawal from my pension fund investment

Morning my name is Francis Nkosi, I have invested my pension fund with liberty life on 14th of August 2025 I requested a withdrawal from my investment. I met Albert Sithole at liberty life office in Braamfontein who'd help me with my withdrawal. I brought all the necessary documentation did the arrangement for the withdrawal and Albert assured me that within 14 working days funds will deposit into my account. However, that was not case, on August 21i called liberty life to inquire why funds were not in my account, I was told SARS was still processing my transaction and Albert was on leave I have made numerous efforts to find out when is liberty life going to release the money but no succession on 11 October I received a call from Andy Kernel who was now handling my transaction since Albert is on leave, Andy Kernel assured me that the money will be on my account within five days but until to day liberty life has not released my money, from the 14 of august to the 14 of October nothing has happened my debts are pilling up I could have used this money to settle my debts. I'm so disappointed with the customer service of liberty life, thanks Francis Nkosi
