1. The items are of poor quality. 2. I tried to return this item, but I never got the refund. 3. They don't remove your e-mail from the mailing list and spam you. They finally removed me when I filed a complaint with the FTC. But I then after, I started getting spam from other sources. I believe they submitted my e-mail address to a spam list. Don't ever do business with this company.

This company is illegitimate. I gave them $295 and received NOTHING in return. I left repeated voicemails and sent repeated emails and I have heard NOTHING from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am trying to recover my money through my credit card company, but it has been an exhausting process.
