Vcomm 300 is a Scam and they need to be stopped. Approx. 14 months ago they started taking monies from my checking account (using different names). I called numerous times, receiving only a voicemail and no return calls. On 7/23/09 I finally spoke with a real person who agreed to refund all but $2.95/per month of the funds they had fraudulently taken from my checking account. The person emailed me a blanket Cancellation Confirmation Receipt stating I would not receive future billings from them. She also sen 14 VCOMM Refund Receipts stating that the agreed upon funds would be deposited back to my bank account and show on the statement in 3 to 10 days. This is now 08/21/09 (approx. one month later) and only 3 of the 14 refunds have appeared at my bank. I sent another email to them on 8/18/09 and have not even received an acknowledgement. All documentation is now on the way to the bank and attorney general for handling. Be aware they also have a partner firm operating under the auspices of "CREDIT LINE", "WEBBEN" and "EABNet". They do not acknowledge the relationship between all of the companies, but use the same voicemail for all of them and the woman at VCOMM alluded to their "sister companies" during our conversation, but refused to talk about them or offer to refund the funds they have withheld. Rest assured, this matter will not die a natural death as VCOMM is hoping it will.

Cancel this service. I did not order or authorize Vcomm300 to do anything. I am reporting this company to the attorney general in Nevada and Louisiana for wire fraud. This scam presents as Google Ad to purchase a kit to work at home. How they accomplished this and have continued to perpetrate this scam is disgusting.

I have tryed calling all day. The phone is always BUSY. I do not need this service. So again please cancel my order. I'm starting to think that this company is a scam. You can't get anyone on the phone.
