3. They don't remove your e-mail from the mailing list and spam you.
They finally removed me when I filed a complaint with the FTC. But I then after, I started getting spam from other sources. I believe they submitted my e-mail address to a spam list. Don't ever do business with this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We carry a wide arrangement of products ranging from $10 all the way up to $99, we try and accommodate all price ranges to not discriminate. Most of our products are are expensive because of the high quality from Europe but as with all sheer nylon items they do tend to get damaged after only a few wears, this is the nature of this product. We have created some helpful videos on how to prolong the life of your stockings/thigh highs to help get more use out of each item. As for the newsletters we did experience a time when our system was not properly removing customers, if someone has signed up more then once the automatic system would only remove them one, thus still sending them emails. We have since corrected this issue and not removals are working as they should have. We do not, nor have we ever sold or giveaway customer emails, that is just wrong and unethical. I personally despise receiving email spam so that is something we feel very strongly about. Again I am sorry you had a bad experience.
