Bulkfoods Terrible Customer Service: Broken Candy Sticks and No Returns Policy

This company is not good. They sent me candy sticks that were broken and they wouldn't take them back. They said they have a policy for returns but they wouldn't let me return the damaged candy. I told them that the candy was already broken when it arrived, but they didn't want to give me my money back or do anything to help me. I tried calling them on the phone, but nobody seemed to know what was happening. It seems like they're just a bunch of kids working in a garage. Be careful if you decide to buy from them!

Bulkfoods Disappointing Experience with Bulkfoods.com: Light Spinach & Kale Powders, Unpleasant Taste, and Poor Customer Service

I bought some stuff from Bulkfoods.com, including powdered spinach, powdered kale, and dried orange peels. The spinach and kale powders were kinda light, not like the other ones I got from other places or made myself. I put them in a container and started coughing, which was weird. When I tried using them for baking, they didn't taste good at all. The orange peel bag was ripped when it arrived, and customer service was a pain to deal with.

Bulkfoods Disappointing Experience with Bulkfoods.com: Poor Packaging and Unfair Refund Policy

I recently made a purchase on Bulkfoods.com for a 5 pound bag of seasoning. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that the packaging was not up to par. The seasoning was shipped in a flimsy plastic envelope that had a small hole in it, about the size of a pea. As a result, a significant amount of the seasoning had leaked out during transit, leaving me with less than the full 5 pounds that I had ordered.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to the company to request a refund, I was disappointed with their response. Although my invoice had indicated that I had paid $18.00 for the seasoning, including shipping, the company only refunded me $1.88. They did not refund any of the $8.50 that I had paid for shipping, which I felt was unfair given the poor quality of the packaging.

As I thought more about the situation, I became concerned that the hole in the packaging could have allowed contaminants to enter the bag, potentially compromising the quality of the seasoning. I reached out to Bulkfoods.com again to request a full refund, but unfortunately, they have not responded to my request.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Bulkfoods.com. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to order bulk items online, I expect that the company will take appropriate measures to ensure that their products are shipped safely and securely. In this case, the poor quality of the packaging and the lack of response from the company have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my purchase.

Bulkfoods Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with Bulk Foods' Brazil Nuts

I recently made a purchase of 5 pounds of Brazil Nuts from Bulk Foods. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the product. The nuts were completely rancid and not fit for consumption. I attempted to contact the company via email to inquire about returning the product, but I was unable to locate the customer service page on their website. I also tried calling the phone number provided, but no one ever answered. It seems that the only way to get their attention is by placing an order, but I would strongly advise against doing so. In my experience, their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.

Bulkfoods Bulkfoods.com's Poor Customer Service and Double Charges Left Me Disappointed and Frustrated

I have been a loyal customer of Bulkfoods.com for many years and have spent a significant amount of money on their products. However, my recent experience with them has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

On two separate occasions, my credit card was charged twice for the same order. When I contacted their customer service team, they were unhelpful and refused to issue a refund or even send the items I had ordered. To make matters worse, they were extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire ordeal.

As a result of their poor customer service and lack of accountability, I am now out hundreds of dollars that are being held up in a web of their bull$#*!. I am considering filing a lawsuit against them and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

It is unacceptable for a company to treat their customers in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I urge anyone considering doing business with Bulkfoods.com to think twice and consider other options. Trust me, you don't want to deal with the headache and frustration that I have experienced.

Bulkfoods Mixed experiences with Bulkfoods.com: A review of their nuts and seeds

I've gotta say, I've had some mixed experiences with Bulkfoods.com. On the one hand, I've ordered from them before and been pretty happy with the nuts and seeds I got. But then, in February of 2017, things took a turn for the worse. I ordered some Spanish peanuts and cashews, and when I opened the box, there was a really strong off-smell. Not good. I opened up one of the 5-pound bags of peanuts (I got three of 'em), and it just didn't taste right. So, I called up Bulkfoods to complain, and they told me to email them with my concerns. I did that, but I never heard back from them. I tried emailing again, but still no response. I was really disappointed, because I had to throw everything away.

After that experience, I decided to switch over to nutsdotcom. I haven't had any issues with them so far, and their products seem to be of really good quality. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to Bulkfoods, to be honest. It's a shame, because I had some good experiences with them in the past, but that last order really left a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively).

Bulkfoods Unbeatable Prices, But Beware: My Experience with Bulkfoods.com

I just ordered 5 lbs. of pumpkin seeds from Bulkfoods.com and I gotta say, their prices are unbeatable! As a first-time buyer, I was thrilled to find such a great deal. However, I quickly realized that there might be a reason for their low prices. When I received my package, I immediately weighed the plastic bag that the seeds came in and to my surprise, it only weighed 4 lbs. That's a whole pound less than what I thought I was getting! That's a whopping 20% less than what I paid for!

I was pretty disappointed, but I decided to reach out to the company to see if they could rectify the situation. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them yet. So, if you're planning on ordering from Bulkfoods.com, make sure you weigh your order when you receive it. You might be surprised at what you find.

Despite my disappointment, I have to say that the pumpkin seeds themselves were of good quality. They tasted fresh and were perfect for snacking. I just wish that I had received the full 5 lbs. that I paid for.

Overall, I would recommend Bulkfoods.com for their great prices, but be aware that you might not receive the full amount that you ordered. It's a bit of a gamble, but if you're willing to take the risk, you might just find a great deal.

I recently made a purchase from Bulkfoods.com for 5 pounds of organic raisins. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was infested with worms. This was not the quality I was expecting and I was quite upset about it. I reached out to their customer service team to request a refund, but they seemed to be dragging their feet and not taking my concerns seriously.

To make matters worse, the website itself looks like it was created in someone's garage. I was hoping to support a small, family-owned business, but it seems like Bulkfoods.com is just a big pile of garbage with poor customer service. The representatives I spoke with were rude and careless, which only added to my frustration.

It's clear that the only reason Bulkfoods.com is able to stay in business is because they have search engine savvy. Bulkfoods Deceptive Marketing: Bulkfoods.com's Powdered Kale from China

I just bought a 5 lb bag of powdered kale from Bulkfoods.com for my daily healthy smoothie. The product menu said it was pure, natural, and healthy, but it didn't mention that it came from China. I was a bit concerned and disappointed when I found out, but when I reached out to them, they didn't offer me a refund. They said that they didn't keep it a secret, but they also didn't disclose it. I was really upset and threw the expensive ground (whatever it is) in the trash. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who cares about what they eat.

Bulkfoods Bulkfoods.com Review: Smooth Sailing Until You Have an Issue - Don't Waste Your Time

I've gotta say, I've used Bulkfoods.com before and it's been pretty smooth sailing. But, let me tell ya, if you run into any issues, you might as well be talking to a brick wall. I ordered three bags of roasted peanuts in the shell, specifically requesting the "NO SA: LT" variety because I like to give them to my feathered friends. Salt ain't good for caged birds, ya know? But what did I get? You guessed it - bags of "SALT" peanuts. Not cool, man. I've tried reaching out to them, but it's like they don't even exist. No response, no nothing. It's a real bummer, 'cause I thought I found a good source for my nut needs. But if they can't even get a simple order right and then ignore me when I try to fix it, I'm out. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Bulkfoods nutritional yeast package arrived split open

I took pictures of the package, and the box showing yeast in the bottom, of the Nutritional Yeast I'd purchased to show them that one package arrived split open.
I requested a replacement for this package, as I felt this is a food item, and the packaging has been comprised. Their response was to inquire about the box, and decide that since the box was intact, they were comfortable with what I'd received.

"After completing an internal investigation on this matter, it has been concluded that the package was successfully packed and shipped.
Had the damage been done in the warehouse we would have full documentation on the incident and there would be a larger mess in the box from having been shaken up during transit."

This speaks to their since of business integrity, and also how important the security of the food they are shipping out is to them. Buyer Beware of Bulkfoods.com.

Bulkfoods Don't order from them

I often try new food services. New for me, I mean.
And I rarely write anything at all be it positive or negative, I am just too lazy.
But after I got a parcel from these guys, I thought they deserved this bad review. First of all, I would like to say, that the nuts I ordered were outside of the package, it was torn or something like this happened, I don't know. The nuts themselves were mild and their taste was terrible, so I threw them away.
The shipping is another story. Too expensive for sending small several packages from the A point to the B within America.
Don't think they deserve to have new customers and good reviews. A lot of things have to be fixed before. Sorry.

Bulkfoods Big order

I made a big order and purchased $200 worth products from this website www.bulkfoods.com. My order was made in early September and it is now mid November and I'm still waiting for my order. I sent them tons of emails asking about my order. First they did reply but their messages made no sense, then they suddenly stopped replying. I can't reach anything from Bulkfoods, I even tried to call but they did not pick up the phone. I have no idea what to do!

Bulkfoods Ordered 5 lbs of raisins organic, came to us infested with worms

Ordered 5 lbs of raisins organic, came to us infested with worms. they don't seem to care and are dragging their feet on refunding. The website looks like they operate out of their garage. I was hoping it was a mom and pop trying to do a good job. Turns out to be a big pile of garbage with poor (rude, careless) customer service run by someone with search engine savvy, since they come up #1 or 2 on every bulk search I do. If you are desperate and out of time, take your chances. Otherwise, take the time to find another company. It will probably save you time and money.

Bulkfoods Horrendous!!

Check with the Better Business Bureau too, and see the numerous complaints filed about this company. You will save yourself from being defrauded, and a great deal of grief.

My Problem with Bulkfoods.com :
I placed an order for $102.14 on 05/26/2011 with Bulkfoods.com. Just hours later, upon receipt of an email that it was ready to ship, I realized that the SHIP TO data they were using was incorrect (see detailed data below). I immediately called Bulkfoods to request that they correct the information before the order shipped, speaking with David who refused to help in any way because "we are going home for the day. We're closing" Though I stridently begged that he intercept the order before it shipped he would not help, but said they would fix it the next day. Next I emailed Bulkfoods.com a detailed description identifying the problem, and the needed resolution. The next day Bulkfoods.com responded via email saying that they were not going to rectify the problem, would ship to the address I had indicated, which is not true (see below), and that they would charge me to make any changes. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money which they have refused to do.

The problem that had arisen was easily identifiable, and correctable, but the representatives of Bulkfoods.com were callous, unreceptive, and unwilling to hear or to help, though intervention on their part would have quickly resolved what is now a significant matter-- one in which I the consumer, and their would be customer, have been slighted and am being ask to bear the burden for multiple negligences on the part of Bulkfoods.com.

I want the order cancelled and all monies paid refunded.

Bulkfoods They are callous, unresponsive, unhelpful, and incompetent

The problems with my order, mirror those of countless other consumers, and are listed below:

Ordered food items. Bulkfoods.com did not correctly utilize the ship to information I submitted, and I called them to ask that they intercept before the order shipped. They refused, since they were closing for the day and wanted to go home (per David the representative I spoke with, who said they would take care of it the next day). I followed up with an email identifying a problem had arisen with the order, and what needed to be done to correct it before it shipped to the wrong address. They emailed me the next day saying they would not rectify the problem, and that I would have to pay to get them to do so. I asked for the order to be cancelled, and my money refunded which they refused to do. I filed a BBB complaint today, and have discovered that my experience is very common with Bulkfoods.com. They are callous, unresponsive, unhelpful, and incompetent.
