Giordanos Customer service

Just left Giordano’s in Hyde Park Chicago where the service was horrible the waiter was very rude and nasty.

Waiter name on receipt Riccayla. I asked her why she was being so rude and her response was she is not going to be bullied. She was the one being loud and confrontational. This was harassment and embarrassing in a public restaurant full of customers. No one from my party was bullying her . She had brought the wrong order out not what was ordered then when asked to correct the order we waited over a hour and had to ask what was going on.

Then we asked for the manager who was Alicia or Alissa she was just as rude as the waiter. Then we stated we didn't want to pay the waiter a 18% tip because of her rudeness and poor service we were threatened with the police would be called and a rudely hispanic guy came and started arguing with us.

I have patronized this restaurant for years and never had a terrible experience like this with a rudely waitress or management.

Giordanos Service and thin crust pizza

Giordano's Las Vegas Strip 5/08/22 3:08 PM JJ was the server. Ticket number 1032512

After being seated and informed that the only menu available was the barcode, I requested a paper menu as I am 73 and do not have a phone that reads the barcode. The server rudely stated that she did not have paper menus and stormed away from the table.

I noticed several customers getting paper menus and even got one to show the server. She huffed and puffed off stating that the paper menus were not supposed to leave the bar.

Now as a senior I felt discriminated against as my eyesight is poor and my hearing bad. I felt the server was exceptionally rude.

Further the thin crust Margherita pizza was so dry it was like eating cardboard. Very little sauce, only 3 small pieces of cheese. I can certainly say that I will not be going back for more abuse from the server.

We were with my kids and I did not want to make a scene in the restaurant so I bit my tongue but I will tell everyone I know to watch the service and food at Gordano's.

Giordanos Polo shirt

I'm your customer who just love to wear Giordana but unfortunately my satisfaction is now converting into dissatisfaction after seeing that my polo shirt start getting fade even when i wash the shirt color gets into the water
the quality is not up to the mark

Giordanos Staff behavior

Dear Team

It's really disappointing the way your staff treated. I visited the store 2 weeks back looking for Tshirt around 15 No's there was no stock. He said he will bring the same in 3 days. Due to some reason I could visit next 2 weeks. But today I visited. When I asked me do u remember me he said no fine no issues later when I asked about my Tshirt he said u. Came back a month back he lied and I asked him why didnt you call when the material arrived to stored he said if Forgot or may be I missed the number. This is not at all acceptable these kind of behavior and top of that he don't have courtesy to apologize. Please do give training and make sure it will not happen to any other client.

Giordanos LG thin sausage & onion pizza

I ordered a pizza on line at 7866 w Irlo Bronson hwy Kissimmee Fl.
The pizza was supposed to ready at 2:28 pm, they kept telling me just a few minutes, they claimed the oven was down. It took another 25 minutes to get it and when I arrived home it was not fully cooked.

Giordanos Delivery slow and behind. Pizza not made well.

I am very upset! I was told it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery. It took 1 hour and 25 minutes for a kid size cheese pizza to be delivered. I asked the person who took my order to make sure the driver could give me $8.00 back after I tipped and paid. The driver had no change on him. The pizza had way too much sauce on it and hardly any cheese. I want a refund. I took a picture of the pizza. I am trying to add the picture. Your website is not allowing me to. Giordanos Delivery

I waited 90 minutes for a pizza to be delivered I call after waiting the 90 minutes to be told that due to the holidays not sure what holiday it is today Halloween I didn't know how loween was a holiday that cause deliveries to be delayed due to that the drivers are getting out on time so the pizza is going to be late however nobody calls me nobody told me anything I had to call them so I cancelled the order and I will never order from you guys again

A pizza that was ordered ($30) from this Giordanos location in Rockford IL on 10/18 was greatly undercooked, water-running in the pizza and completely inedible. It was so bad that we had to use a spoon to dig into the pizza, even after one or two spoon-full of pizza sauce, we had to throw the rest in the garbage as it was just disgustingly undercooked...

Giordanos Manager and Hostess

I grew up eating Giordano's. We're visiting from New York and decided to stop by for take out. On my way in, I told the hostess, "I'm here for pickup, please, " And she said "Go straight through there." From that angle, the pole was blocking the only door that led to take out, so I said, "Oh which way do I go?" She responded by staring at me with a smirk, refusing to respond to me. I got the sense that she didn't want to repeat herself.

The man next to her, I assume another host, had to step in and say "Oh, just through that door right there." That's all I needed.

When I circled back around to the main door to ask the hostess why she didn't care to answer me, she again stood there with a smirk. Again, the man stepped in and said "oh she's new so she's still learning."

I say, even though she's training, you can still respond to me when I ask instead of standing there smirking.

She has the audacity to say, "I told you where to go."

I was dumbfounded. I explained the pole was blocking the door and said you could've answered me, but instead you just stood there smirking.

And she replies, "So what, you're saying I shouldn't smile?"

What?

She just kept shaking her head and smirking.

So I asked to speak to a manager. When I did, she continued to shake her head with that smirk. As if I was being unreasonable.

When the manager arrived, he listened, and said "I don't know why she did that." I pointed out her smirking. He just kept repeating, "Well, I'm not going to talk to her in front of you, " with no semblance of regret or indication that he was apologetic and tried to usher me out. I wasn't looking for anything except for someone to hear me out. I had already picked up my food and paid for it in full. I wanted nothing more than someone to acknowledge her disgusting behavior.

This behavior is extremely racist - the woman clearly didn't want anything to do with me and refused to admit that she should've repeated herself when I asked where to go.

Her excuses make no sense and the manager is clearly racist himself as he tried to get rid of me without even an apology. "I don't know why she did that, I'll talk to her but I'm not talking to her in front of you - No, I'm not talking to her in front of you, let me direct you to take out, " is NOT how you manage customers.

You can acknowledge what your employees did wrong and you can apologize on their behalf, especially if she's standing there with a blatant smirk on her face, shaking her head at a customer. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this location and will never return.

I'm not asking for much. Just basic decency.

My experience was with Jacqueline, the hostess, and Patrick, the manager, at 1:20pm, 3/12/20.

Giordanos coupons

My family and I wanted to order pizza and Giordano's Website would not accept our coupon code due to an internal error. I called the store to see if maybe since the website was having a problem they could give me a discount. They basically told me hell no. How can such a big place not give a $2 discount? Really? It was because THEIR website was down! #terriblestaff #terriblemanagement.

Did they actually tell you "hell no" or is this just hyperbole? What were the terms or the conditions for the coupon? This location may be franchised which excludes it from the "big place" concept.

Giordanos CUSTOMER SERVICE

4 brothers, weekly gathering at Giordano’s For the past 3 years.
On Monday, August/12/2013, we arrived at the Giordano's on Dempster Street in Morton Grove. We had to wait to be seated, They called us & offered a Booth facing the parking lot of the restaurant, which is a smaller booth; we approached the “manager” & politely asked if we can be seated in the requested booth at the street side, since it is larger. She rudely refused & stated that I should return immediately to my seat? (school teacher!)
I was simply astonished. Never seen & heard such a reaction from a restaurant Manager!
When I asked her about her name, she refused to give it to me. later she said her name is "Daniel" But then I asked the waitress. & she stated that her name is "Gabi"
And I was informed that she is the newly appointed manager at this Giordano's.
A newly appointed Manager in a well-established Giordano's location exhibiting this kind of behavior toward the customers is unacceptable!
I like to know what does Giordano's point of view about the behavior of this Manager at The Morton Grove location.

I purchased a GIORDANO watch from FLIPKART in august 2013.I got this watch in my hand on 24 august.after 2 months it got damage and didn't work properly. I searched for serivce center of this brand. Giordanos they completely take advantage of you

If you have kids, don't go to Giordano's downtown Naperville. They completely take advantage of you! It cost us $8.50 to get chicken nuggets and chocolate milk for our 4 year old! It was more than my Caprese salad and soup combined! When we complained to the manager (the price on the menu was a dollar less than we were charged and said it included a drink) we were told, oops, we raised our price but gave you an old menu, milk is not included, they would not credit us nor did they care that they mislead us completely. Upon being treated very condescendingly, we advised her we would just take the difference in expense out of the tip. She said that was fine with her. Nice way to treat your employees!

For a much nicer and reasonable dining experience, we now only go to Lou Malnati's Pizza, right around the corner. 200% better service, attitude and prices!

Last Friday I order a deep dish lunch special. When I got back to work I noticed hair on my pizza. I called and spoke with someone and I was insured that I would get a refund. I did not receive a refund for my order. We also waited 20 minutes for an order of fries. The order details are listed below:

Giordanos Their prices for children are outlandish

One of the few restaurants downtown Naperville that isn't usually crowded. Now we know why. Their prices for children are outlandish. They want $7.00 for a childs chicken nugget meal, and that doesn't include milk! But they don't really tell you that, it's very vague on the menu. And, the manager will be very rude if you protest. She could care less if her waiter received any tip at all. They treat their employees poorly, which is why they are frequently in need of help. They charged a total of $8.45 for a four years olds meal! It cost more than my caprese salad and cup of soup.

I highly recommend Lou Malnati's right around the corner, they have good service, excellent food and reasonable prices.
