Buffalo Wild Wings

My family and I have been going to Buffalo wild wings every Sunday during football, at this location, for over 10 years. Today, we were told that we could not order any breaded food, chili con queso (we order 3 during one game) and Bud Light. Also by half time, we were told we were not able to order french fries any longer as they had run out. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Apparently there is a new manager, and things have been going downhill for weeks. The food takes anywhere from 40-50 min to come out, the orders are wrong even though the server puts it in correctly, the bathrooms are a complete mess. The GM Shane has left and it is very apparent. He would bring food out, come around to tables and ask if we needed anything, and was very personable. I have yet to see the GM and it is clear that the employees do not respect him/her. The atmosphere is stressed and uncomfortable.

I am bringing this to your attention so these issues can be addressed. Our family would like to continue spending Sunday football here. Possibly the only reason we are still there is our waiter Antoine! He is amazing! He remembers what we like, brings out celery and carrots without us asking, always keeps our drinks full and genuinely cares about us. However, if we cannot get standard BWW food because the order hasn't been placed in time, we will have to find another football spot.
