To Whom It May Concern:
Myself and Steven Harrison have over five years living here, my husband has picked up my packages. There was a signed note on my information to let Steven A. Harrison pick up my mail and packages. After a changed in management a couple of months ago, the personnel started giving my husband grief. I went today to write a note, get a doctor's note or whatever I needed to do to give permmsion. Dorinna got belligerent and threathen me with eviction. I am disabled 65 year old woman with congestive heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. Her attiude was uncalled for. I will file a grievence with Arizona's Disability Commisssion.

Claimed loss: Lost of the ability to get packages.

Desired outcome: To let my husband get my packages. That is it.
