I booked the budget suit of America in San Antonio Tx in Fredricksburg Rd in room # 3114, I stayed with my family as we left the apartment, and we needed maybe one week or 10 days to move for a friend to rent a house, as I'm starting my new job in coming Sept. 2022.

My lease started on 17 of Aug 2022 for one week, they told me we will send you a reminder to give notice 2 days before you move out, I told them if it is complicated just book me one week, and forget about the extension, the reply no it is just noticed and we will remind you.

evening on the 22 of Aug, I found a Notice on the door that said my due for renewal in 2 days, it was night and I said no calls and I will leave anyhow tomorrow with even earlier ( one day left ), early morning I went to office checking out they said we sent you paper yesterday for notice, I replied I found it in the night and no one call to confirm my renewal, they said the notice should be in written and you signed in the contract the condition.

My deposit was 200 $ and in checking in they said only 100 will be refunded and I wonder why they said only for the first week and this is our policy, very strange to have this condition, the deposit by definition is a deposit if you brook or caused damage than it is the company right to hold it otherwise it should be refunded, there was no logic but I accepted it, and now you your taken the total amount saying notice should be in written and 2 days earlier, without calling the client just put small paper In the side of the door, is this acceptable to the corporate, I'm a family man with 4 kids and in bad need to my money, so would you please reconsider

My son has a mental condition and had a mental breakdown. He jumped on me and the police were called. The manager Micheal told me that he was given me a warning and to get things under control with my son. The manager Micheal called me that following Thursday to talk to me about staying. I told him to give me a week maybe I don’t know. He said just to let him know about my decision to stay or leave. I said ok. Well I leave for work Saturday morning and he comes in my room E1049 and puts a eviction letter on my counter. When I got home I see the letter on my counter. I then wait til the next morning and ask him why did he come in my room without me knowing it and I also asked why did he not call me and let me know this. He said I did call but I never received a call from this man. I don’t feel comfortable with someone especially a man coming in my room while I’m not there. He could have just told me this from the beginning about putting me out. I have no problem with leaving but this should have been told to me before I paid my money Friday. I would have left then. He lied to me about the whole situation and then he waited until I paid to give me a eviction. That is so unprofessional. The whole time I stayed here he has never not even once spoken to me. He give me this dirty look and walk around unconcerned. I have addressed several issues with him that I was having and he never talked to me about one. He is very unprofessional and use his authority the wrong way. I know he has been waiting on this moment but it’s ok.

I've been at the budget for 2 years never had any wrong doing always on time with rent since I started my new job I don't get paid on the day my rent is due I tried to see if I can change my rent day to my new payday and was unable to do so the manger and all the other employees are very rude always have an attitude I'm a mother of 4 children and he is willing to kick them out

Myself and two roommates mother and son moved here on January 20, 2022. As time went on about June, I went down and told Melissa Estrada that I needed her to be removed but got blown off. I went her several times no luck no luck with police either. Police said call if something happens. Told front office this but was just told ok.

Then it happened on August 2 police were called but she came home the next day. She went off again police came and this time she hit two of us. We pressed charges so she couldn't come back.

Next day Melissa kick us out saying corporate rules. Notice said domestic disturbance/ police activity. And had to leave by 8pm that night when service at 11:30am that day August 4th.

I had no money no place to go but told her we were the victim. So I made decision to stay till August 10th when my disability came in. But Melissa showed up on the 9th and was very not nice to me would not give me your number and threatened me with something that she would not tell me what it was. Love this place to live sad to leave. Melissa Estrada is lagging a lot of sweet personality. She just mean to everyone with a scowl on her face all the time.

We were given a vacate notice on the 19 of July due to breaking of rules and regulations and drug affiliation and when we tried to get answers because we were not involved in any transactions she changed her story multiple times and would not give any details of the situation and when we asked for a number to call to get information she called the cops when are waiting for our court date to be handed to us so we can show the judge the facts and proof that it was not us please do help us

So my name is Scott I'm at a Budget suites in Las Vegas I moved in and my motorcycle was leaking and the manager told me to move it over to the White Cross lines which when we moved in another manager said we could park there and over the last month well the second day we got kicked out because we parked there but it's funny because for the last three days I've just watched security Parker motorcycle there management walking by not giving him a green tag or nothing so I'm a little curious as to why management can park there and we're not allowed to park there so what I'm going to do is I'm going to file a class action lawsuit because for the last the last couple months the last couple weeks I've been struggling to try to find a place to go because the second day I lived here I got kicked out because I parked in the spot that management told me I could park there by 2 management we tried to to remedy the situation in the lady in the office says no corporate said they're not going to work with you and what it boils down to is there's three other people here that l

Hello first off I would like to that your establishment for doing background checks... One thing that was a deciding factor in renting there but it's a little extreme. I didn't know I had a felony on my background from over 8-9 years ago and was denied an apartment. I work for a mental health facility as a phlebotomist and enrolled in the BSN program at West Coast university and can't get a room. I was sadden when the lady td me but she was very blunt I front of other customers and kind of embarrassed me. Why wouldn't the background check be on individual basis? It seems unfair to deny a person who learned and made corrections in their lives. I want to rent an apartment and this is crazy to me. I was training as an assistantanager with home2suites with no issues.

I have been staying at the room for over a week. I pay my fees everyday on time. I have no visitors. I go to work and come back. I have had compliments from several of the employees about being a good guest. The employer that is here at the moment asked me to check out. He refused to take my money. He has not given me a reason for asking me to leave. He said that all the other guests leave and come back but I have stayed too many days. It's raining and I have large bags. I am disabled. I am a single woman. The area of town that the property is located on has a high crime rate. I am basically stranded in the middle of nowhere. I am going to contact my attorney to see if there is legally something that can be done about this. I feel as though I've done nothing wrong in this case.

We moved in 2019. Day one I found stains on the rugs of this place and told the office about them. They advised me they would note it for my file so I wasn’t charged for it. Well I moved in 2020 but my mom stayed there this may of 2022. They have now sent us a pay sheet saying we owe. $984.90 for pet odar. Which our dogs were service dogs and trained. Also stains that I stated were there in the beginning. They wanted to charge for a couch we had in our storage and used our own couch so it wasn’t used. And to paint out walls. They are wanting to hit us with charges that is their maintenance. Nothing was wrong but they want to charge us for the remodel. They also dated the deposit on the wrong day 2 years after moving there. We had maintenance checking our place every month and nothing was wrong until all of a sudden my mom moved out. The manager had step foot in the unit multiple times and never saw anything wrong. We also put up with cockroach infestation the entire time and they never properly handled it. Also took time for them to fix problems in the unit. We also had to put up with the smell of weed going through the walls when told about it the manager Matt never handled the problem. I want them to drop the charges and return the deposit. This is Mesa, Arizona

I’m a resident at the six flags Lamar location 1050 N Hwy 360 And I’ve been left with no choice but to move per management the security was given authority to approach my 14yr old child while walking home from being dropped off by her school bus several different topics all which my daughter has said she’s uncomfortable I asked could any concerns if any be brought to me because I’m the parent Today once again the security guard approached my child asking what she was doing - she was at my car getting something I asked her to oI walked to the office to ask again could the harassment stop and was told by the manager my child isn’t 18yrs old she will approached anytime the guard feels if I don’t like it I need to move! Very Very unprofessional I have several pics and video of children under age 10 hanging on stairwells-safety hazards and unaccompanied by an adult. This is a serious concern especially given current events antagonistic behavior is definitely not an environment I think you’re company was going for!

This place is so strict when it comes to you paying rent or oweing them. But when they owe you money they blame corporate. First I was told 2 weeks, then I was told 4 weeks, now at 4 weeks I'm told whenever they get around to it. Seems like a one way street when dealing with this company. Wonder how many more weeks I'll have to wait for my money.

I'm wondering why matt didn't accept rental assistance from mesa on my behalf other then him wanting me out because I'm black I have never once had a complaint I have always kept inside and outside of my apartment clean I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old now in my care I just wanna know his reason for not accepting it they tried to say he not accepting it once it went to court but he have done it twice before my rent was late on the 28th of April 5 day notice was given on the 27 for the 28th May 4 they filed in court may4th they delivered the papers may 9th went to court so you see how he wanted me out

Just found out I was on a 86 list! Whoever wrote it lied.. My job had been messing up my checks I even had them call! So the last few months I had been late but has always paid! I was told couldn’t take my payments (lie) so the manager mike uses scare tactics to get ppl to pay! I will say he did bend over backwards. But i’m confused as to why he wrote that lie.. Did I call anyone and blog them for the roach infestation and mold? No! It took months for them to fix the tub that’s was peeling and when they came he spray painted it!😡 it peeled again

I never caused trouble I stayed in my home

Ain’t what u would call the best they don’t take care of nothing

The office staff is awesome.. The manager business practice sucks and the upkeep

Is less than perfect.. And the drug selling and smelling is outta control

But I stayed I liked my apartment cause I didn’t have to deal with the late night fights

Which was often.. I didn’t have a microwave it went out asked when it will be replaced

I was told to buy one so I brought one out my office
